In the middle of all the noise about Gyanwyapi Mandir, I had the time to recall my visit to Jama masjid , long back when i did think that the Jama Masjid was a Hindu a temple, simply based on the architecture.

Jama Masjid - New Delhi - Arrivalguides.com

As usual with every disputed site , the round gumba don top is white , ade in marble while the building is made of red sand stone.

Why is the entire building not made from same material ? Either red sand stone or white marble ?

What kind of a mixed architecture is that ?

Or just like all other overtaken and converted temple , this too was a hindu temple ?

There needs to be a thorough check and a conclusion should be based on scientific evidence to reach a judgement .
