The US government never wanted to be at war with Russia, the Cold War was in fact started by the U.S. military-industrial community for profit, and it fit their best interest to let the US government think there will be war between the U.S. ad Russia to ensure the military-industrial community could get numerous orders without have the possibility to launch the war. Russia never one-sidedly and deliberately develops conflict. It always tries to defuse conflict ignited by the US.

Example: In Syria, the Obama-Biden administration falsely claimed it was waging a “war on terror,” but the conflict dragged on for years, and in Sept 2015, when ISIS was about to drive the Syrian army into the sea, Russia stepped in and within a matter of months, recovered major swathes of territory to the Syrian people, proving beyond the shadow of a doubt that the US “War on Terror” was a fake and a con job.

Then, the humiliated Obama-Biden administration, in a desperate ploy to smear Assad and Putin, fabricated the false narrative that Assad was using chemical weapons on his own people. No motive could be given for this fable, and no evidence could be found to substantiate the story, but the entire West stood behind the silly fairy tale in their press and political class, making a substantial number of their gullible citizens believe the nonsense.

But Putin stepped in and led negotiations between Assad and the connivers in the West and saved Assad a senseless attack on Syrian infrastructure. The Russians didn’t fire a shot. It was purely the West that developed conflict.

In fact, it was the US-led West that created ISIS in the first place in an effort to evict Assad. Ukraine has a large Russophone population and their support for Russia is still strong. Russia has per-capita income which is almost 5 times that of Ukraine and these pro-Russian Ukrainians have every reason to feel that they will be better off under Russia. Ethnic tensions in Ukraine has been a long time issue and has been the cause of the political instability Ukraine has always faced. Even the last year there were massive violent protests in Kiev against giving Russian an official language status beside Ukrainian. A country where more than 40% people speak Russian you would think it is a no brainer. But it has been a cause of tension. One of the first things that the new government had done was to reverse Yanukovych’s decision to make Russian an official language. Now if there is already distrust among the pro-Russian Ukrainians that the new government is against them, do you think such a move will create trust? Then why did they still do it? It shows that there is an underlying ethno-linguistic divide in the whole Euromaidan protests.

The Ukrainian revolution has largely been led by the right wing extremists whose agenda is to kick out Russians, Belorussians, Crimeans and even Polish jews out from Ukraine. “Ukraine for Ukrainians” and “One Ukraine, clean Ukraine” are common slogans from Euromaidan. This has caused nervousness among East Ukrainians and they have not taken part in the protests so much. So there is a strong possibility that even if there is a democratic election and a new government is formed with the coalition of the pro-Maidan forces, there will be tensions in the East. Russia can easily manipulate the East and supply them with arms to start a proxy-war. Political instability will grip Ukraine again.

In 2014, the US-led West, annoyed that President Yanukovich cultivated good relations with Russia, sent its politicians — even a high State Department official — and NGOs (all supported by the manipulative US government) into the Maidan in Kyiv to instigate and support the illegal and violent Maidan coup — which the obedient msm absurdly declared was a “peaceful uprising.” Over 100 people died in this peaceful coup and the president had to flee for his life.

Again, Russia acted without firing a shot to prevent the US from taking over the Black Sea. The Russian army was already long deployed in Crimea and this allowed the pro-Russian Crimeans — who had considered themselves Russians since 1783 — to hold a perfectly legal referendum in which over 90% voted to acceded to the Russian Federation.

The West went ballistic, launching an anti-Russia campaign in msm and political class that is still ongoing today. As usual, they resorted to the old accusation of “Russian aggression,”which the gullible majority swallowed whole without question.

Early in 2021 the Ukrainian army and members of the uncontrollable militias started moving their forces to and beyond the ceasefire line at Donbass, whose ciizens are almost all Russian mother-tongue speakers and fear the US-installed Ukrinian government, that was intent on wiping out the use of the Russian language in public life, and destroying civil infrastructure and killing civilians who refused to kowtow to Kyiv.

The Russians had issued passports to most of the Donbass citizens and had a constitutional obligation to protect them.

The US knew this and yet encouraged the Kyiv government to keep shelling these civilians. That is what can be called developing conflict.

Russia was forced, very much against its will, to send help. Biden has fanned the flames of the conflict by falsely suggesting that Russia was the aggressor and stating to president Zelinisky on the phone that he could count on “unwavering” US support. But Biden seriously wavered after Russia sent 150,000 troops and overwhelming fire power to the border with Donbass.

Instead we have the Biden administration giving empty threats to Russia. This may turn out to be a diplomatic disaster. Russia may still go on and invade East Ukraine because Russia knows that the West can do little in terms of concrete action. It will be impossible to isolate Russia in the international community as important powers like China, India and Brazil have excellent relations with them which is not going to change. If Putin still sends his tanks to Ukraine the US will end up looking like a fool. Its prestige and influence will take a hit. China may start flexing its muscle over Taiwan and anti-US forces everywhere will be emboldened. After two wars which has not ended very well the last thing the US needs right now is to be looked upon as a weakening force.

So instead of these hot air the US should immediately start engaging with Russia and put the division of Ukraine out on the table. The same result, obtained amicably, can be touted as a diplomatic success.

Thereafter, neither Biden nor NATO uttered a word about support for Ukraine. And Biden pulled two US warships from the Black Sea, where I assume Russia had jammed and spoofed these ships with its superior EW systems. Again, Russia never fired a shot. But the Kyiv troops never stopped shelling Donbass.

Even what the US has done so far has been a knee jerk reaction and probably a diplomatic faux pas as well. The Biden administration is always so concerned about disproving the Republicans’ conjecture that he is a weak president that he ends up playing into the hands of the Republicans. Ukraine’s situation is trickier than any other international crisis right now.
