The nightmare of Hindus regarding DY Chandrachud becoming Chief Justice is coming true. DY Chandrachud became the 50th Chief Justice of India. The then Chief Justice of India UU Lalit selected Justice DY Chandrachud as his successor and therefore India saw DY Chandrachud being the next and the 50th Chief Justice of India. Former CJI Lalit retired on 8th of November and his successor ie. DY Chandrachud took the oath on 9th of November. The views of DY Chandrachud is way too woke and therefore is a threat to Bhartiya civilization. Two days ago DY Chandrachud made a controversial statement in Supreme court. When Solicitor General of India SG Mehta, appearing for the Centre, submission that the legislative intent of the Special Marriage Act has been a “relationship between a biological male and a biological female”, chief justice DY Chandrachud remarked “There is no absolute concept of a man or an absolute concept of a woman at all. It’s not the question of what your genitals are. It’s far more complex,”.

The saddest part here is Justice DY Chandrachud will have a longer tenure of two years. It must also be noted that Justice DY Chandrachud who disappointed Hindus with his Sabrimala Verdict.
