‎A shamefully horrifying case of brutal rape of a six year old deaf and dumb minor girl by a middle aged man named Sabir has come to light in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. As per media reports, The young minor girl was living with her mother at Rampur Maniharan railway station in Saharanpur district of UP. The six year old child was kidnapped on Monday night from the railway station when she was sleeping with her mother by the accused Sabir. Sabir kidnapped the young child and raped her after consuming cannabis. The incident reportedly came to light on Tuesday by people who came for a morning walk to the station.

The incident of raping a defenceless 6 year old deaf and dumb child who would be unable to even cry out aloud for help, has shocked the conscience of civilized society, the manner in which men have turned worse than devils and not sparing innocent children to satisfy their carnal lust. Hindu organisations like the Bajrang Dal have raised a strong protest against the despicable incident and submitted a petition to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath demanding swift justice and death penalty for the accused.

The Shamli GRP (Government Railway Police) has lodged an FIR against the accused under POCSO. The GRP has arrested Sabir a resident of Ghas Mandi Rampur Maniharan. The local and railway police have sent the young 6 year old child to the brutally hurt girl to the district hospital and is being treated there.

GRP inspector Anil Kumar Verma had reached the spot, investigated the matter and took two persons in custody. The Shamli GRP produced the accused, Sabir before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Special POCSO court, Shamli. Sabir has been sent to 14 days judicial custody.

‎According to Ranjit Singh, the investigating officer in the case, the accused Sabir told the police that he was addicted to drugs. He used to come and go to the station and knew that both mother and daughter were deaf and dumb and therefore can neither hear nor speak. Sabir went to to the station on Monday night, the station was deserted. He had cannabis in the station and a highly intoxicated Sabir saw the little girl sleeping with the hapless mother on the station platform. Like an animal he dragged the young sleeping child away and tore into her brutally.

The hapless shelter-less woman is said to be from Bihar and do not have any local contacts. Both the mother and the daughter have been shifted to Nari Niketan in Saharanpur for their safety and security.

‎Hindu Organisations Outraged By Minor’s Rape Demand Speedy Justice Through Fast Track Courts and Financial Aid For Victim’s Rehabilitation

‎Bajrang Dal and Hindu Sangathan activists earlier protested very vociferously against the despicable rape of the hapless 6 year old girl in front of the Tehsil Office and submitted a petition to the Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath demanding immediate arrest of the accused and speedy justice through a trial in fast track court. They demanded that the perpetrator of the heinous crime should be awarded death penalty.

‎District President Virendra Chaudhary, District Minister Ashish, District Convener Akshay Dhiman, City Convener Digvijay Sharma, Prakhar Convener Ankur Kumar, Go Seva Chief Pankaj Saini, Tinku Pandit, Vishal Rana, Dhirendra Pawar, Virat Kumar Vikas Pawar, Akash Kumar, Ravi Dhiman, Gopal Ruhela and several more activists present there also demanded financial aid, compensation and rehabilitation for the victim. They also demanded that the hapless poor mother of the child be given suitable employment to help the victim and her mother weather the trauma.

Surprisingly the mainstream media which went berserk over the Kathua case, has not even bothered to report the incident, leave alone outrage over it, perhaps because the religion of the perpetrator does not suit their agenda.
