I asked him, what is the secret of his success?
Pat came his reply: 2 Cs of Success.
2 Cs of Success?
He spelled 2 Cs of Success as
Competence and Compassion.
In more words, he said, you got to be competent, that is like distinguishing yourself in what you do by good self-development and self- management, and compassion is having empathy for others, giving space to others, enabling and empowering others.
