After the death of George Floyd, the Black Lives Matter movement enjoyed an enormous surge of support, however, a new poll shows that the majority of Americans now have a negative view of the movement.
The survey, conducted by Civiqs, shows that in early June, 44 percent of Americans supported BLM and 34 percent opposed it.
However, those numbers have now flipped, with 41 percent supporting BLM and 44 percent opposing the movement.

The decline in support has no doubt been fueled by almost two months of protests that left vulnerable inner-city neighborhoods and businesses devastated.
The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation movement began in 2016 with sponsorship from ‘Thousand Currents, a radical liberal group led by Susan Rosenburg, a convicted domestic terrorist.

While BLM does not yet fund candidates, it has launched a campaign aimed at increasing the voice of black voters that could potentially benefit democrats. The campaign priorities include racial injustice, economic injustice, LGBTQ rights, and voter suppression-all items high on the Democratic Party’s agenda.
Will BLM influence the 2020 election? Only time will tell..
