The halal food certification is very controversial for non-Muslims. When Muslims have to make any food or any other product as Halal, they have to say an Islamic prayer. The prayer while conducting the slaughter or making another food or product halal is:

بسم الله والله أكبر Bismillahi Aallahu Akbar: This prayer should be said just before or while making the food or any other product for Muslims.

This prayer makes that food or product as consumable for Muslims. It is a specific process that is religious and is meant only for religious Muslims. Once a food or any other product is certified as Halal makes it religiously non consumable for all non-Muslims. Especially, for Hindus, halal certified food or product cannot be offered to any deity. A halal certified food automatically makes that food almost as a leftover which cannot be offered to any Hindu deity.

For religious Christians and Jews too halal prayers make that food or product as religiously unacceptable.

Why is there current spurt in the halal certification business? History has recorded that Islamic military conquests of Persia and parts of India (Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh) were also accompanied by cultural conquest through marriages & sharia compliant food businesses. Now since most of Islamic controlled lands have a religious requirement of Halal certification to comply with sharia, there is increasingly a need for additional conquest through Halal certification. The belief is that if non-Muslims eat halal certified products, they become Muslim. That’s the main idea behind the seemingly innocuous business model. Halal Certification has been forced down the throat of Hindus by all Islamic nations and larger Muslim Ummah global conspiracy or jihad.

How does it affect Hindus? For most Hindus who go to a temple or have faith in any Hindu deity, a Halal certified product cannot be offered because a non-hindu prayer has already been performed on the foodstuff.

The halal certified product is spiritually unfit for offering as well as consumption. In Hinduism, there is a concept of Bhoga and Prasad. Bhoga means food that is not yet offered. Prasad means the food that has been offered to a deity. For Hindus, the food must be prepared from all ingredients that are pure from spiritual as well as material impurities. In Bhagavad Gita, Krishna Bhagavan advises which foods that He accepts: a Fruit, a Flower, Fruit or Water.

पत्रं पुष्पं फलं तोयं यो मे भक्त्य‍ा प्रयच्छति ।

तदहं भक्त्य‍ुपहृतमश्न‍ामि प्रयतात्मन: ॥ २६ ॥

If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit or water, I will accept it.

In Bhagavad Gita, Bhagavan Krishna asks all His followers to offer their best to Him before consumption.

यत्करोषि यदश्न‍ासि यज्ज‍ुहोषि ददासि यत् ।

यत्तपस्यसि कौन्तेय तत्कुरुष्व मदर्पणम् ॥ २७ ॥

Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer or give away, and whatever austerities you perform – do that, O son of Kuntī, as an offering to Me.

श‍ुभाश‍ुभफलैरेवं मोक्ष्यसे कर्मबन्धनै: ।

सन्न्यासयोगयुक्तात्मा विमुक्तो मामुपैष्यसि ॥ २८ ॥

In this way you will be freed from bondage to work and its auspicious and inauspicious results. With your mind fixed on Me in this principle of renunciation, you will be liberated and come to Me.

After a food is offered to Krishna, then that food becomes Prasad. That means that all sinful reactions from that foodstuff have been cleansed through prayers.

In Hinduism, that food is returned to the devotee as a prasad. It is again mentioned in Bhagavad Gita 2.65 that such Prasad removes all miseries in the life of such a devotee or Bhakt. As mentioned in Bhagavad Gita 3.13, the devotees of Vishnu are freed from all sinful reactions because they eat food that was first offered to Him as a yagya before being consumed.

For all religious purposes, any Halal certified product is unfit to be offered to any Hindu deity because a non-Hindu prayer has already been performed on the food.

All food items or other halal certified products on which prayers from other religious systems are performed are unfit for all Hindus.

‘Prasad’ certification is needed to protect Hindu Religious sentiments. For all Hindus, this can be the next independence movement.
