Leftists and Islamists tried tooth and nail to whitewash the black deeds of AAP councillor Tahir Hussain but all their hardwork went in drain. On Friday, Delhi High Court observed while framing charges against him in a Northeast Delhi riots case under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code that Aam Aadmi Party councillor Tahir Hussain was not only only a mere conspirator but also an active rioter. The court statred that he was not a mute spectator but was taking active part in the riots and instigating the other members of the unlawful assembly to teach lesson to the persons belonging to other community.

The Delhi High court ordered the accused to be charged with various offences, including criminal conspiracy, rioting, armed with a deadly weapon, mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees or more, mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to destroy a house, etc. and dacoity, among other charges.

The judge also said “It prima-facie appears that the riotous incident in question was committed in pursuance of a well-hatched conspiracy and after elaborate preparations as also in the execution of the well-thought plan,”.
