Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s film Ram Setu became engulfed in controversy on Thursday after BJP leader Subramanian Swamy declared that he will sue the actor and production company Karma Media for deceiving the audience with the movie. He claimed that the movie’s portrayal of the Ram Setu problem was inaccurate.
BJP MP Subramaniam Swamy took to Twitter and said, “The suit for compensation has been finalized by my associate Satya Sabharwal Adv. I am suing Akshay Kumar, an actor he Karma Media for damages caused by falsification in the portrayal of the Ram Setu issue in their film for release.”

In the meanwhile, lawyer Satya Sabharwal affirmed the claim and said that Subramanian’s SC judgment was referenced in the movie’s poster. “Dr. Swamy’s SC Order was utilized as a poster for a Ram Setu-based movie that Karma Media created. Will be filing a Suit,” she tweeted, attaching both the current petition and the contentious poster.
The fiery leader, who thrives on controversy, showed extreme displeasure over the situation and emphasized how the video portrayed Ram Setu’s situation. He continued by saying that the facts in the upcoming movie had been changed. He also implied in a series of tweets that actor Akshay Kumar would be detained in connection with the matter.

Earlier this year, Akshay unveiled the movie’s poster, which received a range of responses from viewers. While some people are anticipating the movie’s release, others have voiced doubt that the movie may be unacceptable for the Hindu community.
