Ye log bachpan se NEET ka stress leke exam clear karte hain fir MBBS karke PG karke sapne leke aate hain ghar se desh ke logon ke sewa karne lekin inpe koi injustice kare toh ab zimmedar kaun ?

From last few days things are not stable in Indian state of Rajasthan. The dictatorial Rajasthan police is brutally attacking and illegally detaining the healthcare workers sitting on a peaceful protest from last three days i e., from 20th March,2023 for oppsing the Right to Health (RTH) bill proposed by the dictatorial government led by Mr. CM Gehlot “ji”.

Although the doctors were protesting peacefully but they were treated brutally by the state police of Rajasthan.

The RTH bill proposed by the Rajasthan’s state government states that the people of Rajasthan will be entitled to emergency care in private hospitals without any prepayment, and if they are unable to pay the bill, the government will reimburse the hospitals, according to the Rajasthan Right to Health Bill.

Moreover people of the state will be entitled to emergency care in private hospitals without any prepayment, and if they are unable to pay the bill, the government will reimburse the hospitals.

But here the question comes:

• According to Government of Rajasthan on what ground a patient can be stated that he /she should be entitled with emergency care ?

• If the government fails to reimburse the capital to private hospitals for the services availed then who will be solely responsible for the economic exploitation caused to the private hospitals ?

Although the RTH Bill was stated to be beneficial for people by Mr. Health Minister of Rajasthan Parsadi Lal Meena but while speaking to ANI he also said, “When this bill has been unanimously passed in the assembly and a law has been made , then everyone has to accept it and no one can disobey the law.”

Lastly, the Rajasthan Government should stop imposing its dictatorial laws on healthcare professionals to ensure smooth functioning of the healthcare institutions across the state for the beneficial of the people of Rajasthan.
