Draupadi Murmu has been fielded Draupadi Murmu as the NDA candidate. She Hails from Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district and comes from a tribal community. Murmu started out as a teacher and then entered into Odisha politics. In 2015, Murmu was sworn in as the first woman Governor of Jharkhand. She was born into a tribal family that was battling with poverty in one of the country’s most remote and underdeveloped districts, her childhood had been full of challenges but she overcame all odds, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Ramadevi Women’s College in Bhubaneswar and served as a junior assistant in the irrigation and power department in the Odisha government. Then she began her political career as the vice chairman of the Rairangpur NAC.
A strong woman who is proud of her roots and the Sanatan Culture she is a part of. A video of her cleaning the floors of a temple also got viral in social media. But sadly according to the oldest political party of India ie. Indian National Congress, a tribal woman proud of her roots represents an evil ideology and she needs to be baptized in order to represent Tribals.

On Wednesday, Congress leader Ajoy Kumar spoke against NDA presidential candidate Droupadi Murmu. He said ” Draupadi Murmu represents a very evil philosophy of India and should not be made a symbol of Adivasis.” Ajoy Kumar went on to accuse the Modi government of creating symbols to fool the people of India. He further added “We have Ram Nath Kovind, the present President. Kovind was the President and Hathras happened. Did he say a word? There have been continuous atrocities on scheduled castes all over India and the condition of the community has become worse,”.
For Indian National Congress, a tribal and a dalit always has to standing against the Bhartiya Culture they are a part of and the must accept the Abrahamic faith in order to prove loyalty to their community and Congress composed beats of “secularism”.
