6th day of the ‘Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav’
“Advocates (and the broader legal community) have played the lion’s role in India’s Independence. Many exemplary advocates like Lokmanya Tilak, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Swatantraveer Savarkar, Lala Lajpat Rai and Deshbandhu Chittaranjan Das have played a pivotal role to get rid of the British rule. Similarly, if we have an active united front of devout Advocates, the ‘Hindu Rashtra’ will soon become a reality. These days, Hindu-phobic elements have initiated an intellectual battle in the Courts, which makes it necessary to counter these false narratives with stronger, logical, and thoughtful arguments. Hence, Devout Advocates should create a ‘Legal Ecosystem’ that protects Hindu activists and challenges false narratives in Courts”, appealed Sadguru (Dr) Charudatta Pingale, the National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. He was addressing a session on – ‘The Contribution (Role) of Lawyers in establishing the Hindu Rashtra’ as part of the ‘Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav’.
‘Cricket’ – A bat-and-ball Game for (naïve) India, but an Islamic Tool to wage Jihad for (radical Islamic) Pakistan ! – Adv. Vineet Jindal, High Court & Supreme Court of India
Speaking on ‘Cricket Jihad’, Supreme Court Advocate Vineet Jindal said, “Cricket in India is played with sporting spirit like any other game; but when it comes to a match between India and Pakistan, Pakistan treats it like a war. Former Pakistan cricket team captain and Former Prime Minister Imran Khan had said ‘Playing cricket against India is Jihad’. Very recently, a Pakistani batsman dedicated his century to Palestine. Therefore, Hindus should remain extremely vigilant against this Jihad.
The current laws in India are against the fabric of the (traditional) ‘Indian Family System’; Hindus should resolve their family issues amicably amongst themselves ! –  Prof. Madhu Purnima Kishwar, Editor, Manushi, Delhi
Various laws were enacted during the British period and even after Independence to break the Hindu society, traditional family system in India. In India, women are respected as a form of Goddess; however, after the onslaught of (barbaric) Islamic invasion, the senior and experienced Hindus introduced practices such as child marriages and females using veils while interacting with men outside their families to safeguard and maintain the dignity of Hindu women. Christian missionaries, and the so-called social reformers declared the practices dangerous and enacted laws against them to stop these practices. Many families are getting destroyed because of false cases related to rape, domestic violence, and many men committing suicide. NGOs, under the guise of social service, are trying to break these systems. If Hindus solve their problems amicably amongst themselves to protect the family system, families and the society will remain intact, asserted the famous writer from Delhi, Prof. Madhu Purnima Kishwar.
