Dear Kangana,

First of all I would like to thank and bless you from my heart for showing the fortitude to overcome the dominance of anti-national Jihadi, Talibanic forces in Bollywood and making a movie on the darkest chapter of Indian democracy whose sole intention was to destroy democracy, convert India to a single family dictatorship and eventually make India an Islamic Khalifate.

I don’t know what are you portraying. Hence, I would suggest you to include the following dark chapters (in case you have not) in your movie, so that people understand the deep rooted conspiracy to destroy democracy i.e. very soul behind the existence of our great nation.

First, setting of the stage for emergency: 

  1. The planning for emergency started in 1973 itself.
  2. Knowing that Judiciary would be a great stumbling block in her attempt of destroying democracy, she made Ajit Nath Ray the puppet Chief Justice of India bypassing the establishing tradition of the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 26th April 1973.
  3. After securing the Supreme Court, she started implementing her plan on Emergency.
  4. After the Allahabad High court declared her election void and thereby imperiling her PM post, she imposed emergency without  even consulting her cabinet on 25th June 1975.

Second, the emergency era:

  1. After declaring her emergency, entire opposition was jailed. Why? she wanted to amend the constitution to give her own self unbridled powers (as the congress party would have absolute majority in Parliament in absence of opposition).
  2. Please highlight the 39th and 42nd constitutional amendments. Why they would have destroyed Indian democracy?
    1. The changes significantly reduced the power of judiciary. That means there would be no check and balance on the unbridled power of the Govt.
    2. The Prime Minister was given complete immunity from any charges. Even if the PM murders or rapes some one, (s)he cannot be jailed.
    3. It was explicitly mentioned in the constitution that the election of PM can never be challenged. That means even if the PM wins by capturing all booths his/her election cannot be questioned in the court of law.
    4. The central Govt was given unbridled power to send army to any state and do whatever they wanted thereby undermining the power of states and destroying the federal structure.
  3.  Please also bring the “Habeas corpus” case: In this case, the Supreme court headed by Indira’s agent A. N. Ray overturned the judgments of 9 High Courts upholding the fundamental rights of the citizens.
  4. Attempt to review Supreme Court’s “Basic Structure” judgement: with the anticipation that Indira may destroy the democracy, In Keshvananda Bharati case had defined that every Constitution had a  Basic structure which is unchangeable – for e.g. democracy, federalism. A.N. Ray had constituted a bench to amend the judgement, but he failed.
  5. Please also highlight how Bollywood was captured and Jihadized during the period. We see that after the emergency Bollywood became staunchly anti-Hindu

Third, post-emergency:

  1. Due to her excesses in emergency, she lost the 1977 elections. Janata Party (which also included leaders like Vajpayee) formed the Govt for 3 years.
  2. Most of the changes in 39th and 42nd constitutional amendments were reverted in 42nd and 43rd constitutional amendments. The power of judiciary was restored and the immunity of PM were removed.
  3. Imposing emergency was made tougher, and that’s why no emergency was imposed after 1977.
  4. Even congress party supported the changes which meant the Indira was not liked in the Congress itself.
  5. Many strong non-congress leaders emerged.
  6. The nation got convinced that non-Congress parties can also rule the nation.
  7. Gandhi clan was weakened.

It is hence important all the above aspects should be covered in your movie so that people know the truth which has been concealed so far.
