A criminal complaint has been filed against the highly controversial Indian Medical Association (IMA) Chief Dr. Johnrose Aistin Jayalal for abusing his office for evangelical conversions.

He has made statements earlier to make use of the Civid pandemic by “spreading the Love of Jesus” in hospitals. He has openly stated that he wants to use his profession to proselytize and aid conversions to Christianity.

Dr Johnrose Jayalal has said, “When leprosy, cholera and other pandemics devastated the world, it was Christian doctors and Churches who stood against it, showing Christian compassion.”

He further added,” And the urgent need of the proclamation of the Gospel to people who are suffering from the virus which has allowed us to share the gospel even in secular institutions.”

In an interview to Haggai International whose sole aim is to convert the whole world to Christianity, Jhonrose Jayalal thanks the nefarious body for “revitalizing his spiritual life and infusing his medical work with Gospel urgency”. The Haggia International openly claims, “Our vision is to see every nation redeemed and transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.” Johnrose Jayalal has also attended the Haggai leader Experience in 2018.

Johnrose Jayalal’s Interview To Christian Today Advocating Use Of Hospitals For Conversions & Dissing Ayurveda

Notably, Dr Johnrose Jayalal has been leading protests against the Narendra Modi government’s decision to integrate Indian medical systems like Ayurveda, Siddha, Yoga and naturopathy with western allopathic medical treatment.

This is completely unacceptable to Johnrose Jayalal with evangelist fervour for whom only Jesus and allopathy should be practiced to heal Indians. He is deeply conceited against the Indian healing systems as they are based on Hindu traditions.

In a recent interview with Christianity Today he said, “The most common system is modern medicine based on scientific evidence. The government of India, because of their cultural value and traditional belief in the Hindutva, believes in a system called Ayurveda”.

“For the last three or four years, they have tried to replace modern medicine with this. Now, you will have to study this alongside Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy, Yoga, and Naturopathy.”

The Christian doctor with fundamentalist evangelist views, his objection seems to stem from his hatred for Hindu traditional knowledge systems and Hinduness.

“They want to make it one nation, one system of medicine. Next, they will want to make it one religion. This is also based on the Sanskrit language, which is always traditionally based on the Hindu principles. This is an indirect way for the government to introduce the language of Sanskrit and language of Hindutva into the minds of the people,” he said in the interview.

He gloats at the pace in which Christianity is growing in India through illegal conversions by saying, “I am able to see, even amid persecution, even amid difficulties, even amid the control by the government, even among the restrictions we face in openly proclaiming the message, by various means and ways, Christianity is growing.”

He declares his committed mission to rubbish Ayurveda by saying, “As the leader of the Indian Medical Association, I need to continue filings against the government. We have organised various demonstrations and protests. In the last 14 days, I have organised a hunger strike across the country, and most of our modern medical doctors have participated. But at the moment, I am also seeking the wisdom and guidance of God Almighty about what I will do in this difficult time.”

He openly declares his mission to spread Christianity by using secular spaces like hospitals and medical colleges to proselytize. He says with impunity, “My primary concern when I work as a Christian doctor is to ensure that I have time to talk about the mental well-being and spiritual healing of the person. We need more Christian doctors to work more in secular institutions, mission institutions, and medical colleges”.

“I am working as a professor of surgery in a medical college, so it is also a good opportunity for me to carry on the principles of Christian healing there. I also have the privilege of mentoring graduates and the interns,” he added.

He shockingly declares that only Churches and Christian NGOs are healing Covid patients. He told the Christian Today, “The majority of people who got sick were from the middle or top socioeconomic statuses. The people on the lower level — yes, it was a problem, but most of the time it’s really the churches who were taking care of them. The government has not come forward to support them”.

Jhonrose Jayalal’s Hatred For Baba Ramdev & Modi

Dr Johnrose Jayalal who misuses his office as Chief of IMA for evangelisation and sending out missives against PM Modi and Baba Ramdev, yesterday tried to browbeat and intimidate Ramdev by filing a Rs.1000 crores defamation suit for criticising Allopathy and questioning the veracity and inconsistency of its medical cures.

This defamation suit is perhaps filed to silence Baba Ramdev from exposing the hollow claims of allopathy being the only credible medical science in the world after Baba Ramdev demanded answers from the IMA for 25 questioning whether allopathy had permanent cure and treatment for certain common ailments. Baba Ramdev’s open letter asked the IMA whether allopathy offers any treatment for infertility other than IVF, which is a very painful process? He also asked whether allopathy has permanent solutions for treating hypertension and its complications, Type 1, Type 2 Diabetes and their complications, thyroid, arthritis, colitis and asthma?

The IMA is the country’s largest professional guild body of allopathic medical practitioners in India. The body is supposed to espouse ‘secular’ values, be non-political and not belt out anti-Hindu and anti-Ayurveda rant like the kind being espoused by the current Chief Johnrose Austin Jayalal. Notably, Johnrose was elected the IMA President last year in October 2020.

However, it is imperative to note that this is not the first time Baba Ramdev has come under fire by the IMA especially their head Dr Jayalal. Not just slamming Ramdev, but Dr Jayalal is a habitual Ayurveda and BJP hater as well.

Johnrose Jayalal has deep-rooted dislike for the AYUSH Ministry as he has a visceral hatred for Ayurveda as its treatises are in Sanskrit and has been practiced by Hindus for thousands of years. In an interview he had stated, ” They (AYUSH) want to make it one nation, one system of medicine. Next they will want to make it one religion. This is also based on the Sanskrit language, which is based on Hindu principles. This is an indirect way for the government to introduce the language of Sanskrit and the language of Hindutva into the minds of the people”.

Is Johnrose Jayalal A Doctor In Evangelism & Batting For Big Pharmas To Supress Ayurveda?

It is surprising that Johnrose Jayalal who seems like a person having doctorate in evangelism more than any medical practice, rants against Hindutva, Ayurveda and so-called imposition of Sanskrit through Ayurveda when his sole aim in life is to convert Hindus to Christianity and does not spare even the sick Covid patients for his conversion drive.

The million dollar question is whether it is evangelism alone that makes him hate Ayurveda and Baba Ramdev or is he playing for the Big Pharmas who are suffering monetary loses due to Baba Ramdev’s Ayurvedic medicines, including Coronil?
