I saw this RT from some lady named Shalini Verma , where the post was mocking Hindus for saying that Algebra was invented by Hindus.
She is apparently CEO of a tech Company called Pivot Technologies based in Dubai , and a contributor for many News Websites . After a quick scan through her Twitter handle , her lack of intelligence and ignorance is not really a surprise. No one really associated brains, knowledge , gray matter of logic with the ” I will defend earth is flat culters” and bash Scientific Hindus and call the only religion/society with ZERO antisemitism as Nazis .
So miss (I am certain I am above bourgeois , subaltern masses due to my (faux) elite educational background and my command to speak archaic english ) , let me tell you FACTS .
ALGEBRA is from India . All Mr. Khwarizmi did was to TRANSLATE the texts in Arabic.

Al-Khwarizmi wrote “Kitab al hisab al Hindi”(“book of Hindu numericals”). This was translated into Latin by the name “Algorithmi de Numero Indorum” (“Al-Khwarizmi’s Indian numericals”). This book’s name was abbreviated as “Algorithm”.
Mr. Khwarzimi simply TRANSLATED Indian texts to Arabic . He did not invent it .
The earliest work of “Arabic Algebra” is the “Al-Kitāb Al-Jabr wal-muqābala” by Al Khwarizmi. The term “Algebra” comes from this book (“Al Jabr”). Before writing his treatise, Al Khwarizmi visited India. His book is a plagiarism from Indian Mathematics and an obvious one at that
