A case has come to the fore against many Muslim organizations including PFI for threatening to severe the head of the national president of Hindu Shakti Dal, who is lobbying in the court. Victim, Simran Gupta, who lives in Rohini, Delhi, has lodged an FIR in this regard at KN Katju police station.
According to the information, Simran Gupta, the screenwriter in the Crime Patrol serial and the national president of the organization, has also filed a case against the PFI in the Jaipur court. He said that on the night of August 31, a letter was received, in which it was said that if these cases are not withdrawn, he must be ready for his beheading and his family too has to face the consequences.
Simran Gupta has told the police that they have filed cases against many Muslim organizations in the court. Due to this, he has been sent two cartridges inside an envelope and two letters written in Hindi and Urdu languages. He told that in the letter written in Hindi, it has been written that his wife and daughter wound be kidnapped and they would behead Simran Gupta, if the cases are not withdrawn.
He said that he had received threats several times in the past too to withdraw the cases. On the basis of the complaint, Delhi Police has started investigation by registering an FIR under sections 195A and 506 of IPC at KN Katju Marg police station.
