With this post I will expose as to how the case against Kapil Misra is as lame as it gets .

Who is Kapil Mishra? BJP leader being blamed for Delhi riots had once called Modi ISI agent

I read that Kapil Misra was booked for giving speeches which advocated violence .

I went through all the speeches , he said that

“Desh ke Gaddaron ko , Goli Maaro Saalon ko“.

Which translated to “Shoot the traitors “. Period.

So it made me wonder , HOW ON EARTH CAN SUCH A STATEMENT BE HELD AGAINST ANYONE ?

When he made such a statement , he called for death penalty of anti-nationals , traitors of the country, which is as valid as any other statement .

Don’t we all , specially the PHAIMINISTS , make similar statements ALL the time.

Don’t we all say , “Shoot dead the rapist . Shoot the child rapist on public square “.

I say it all the time. Hon. courts have given permission to women , children to kill any person sexually assulting them .

Aren’t both the statements SAME ? Calling for death penalty of people who do sick and vile acts (In my opinion both the acts , be it sexually assulting a woman or being a traitor , JUST THE SAME ?)

Inticing violence by a statement will stand true if the statement resulted in threat to ANY human or even property .

Now let us analysze the statement .

Does the statement say “Mr. X ko Goli Maro ?” . In which case it would result in Mr. X having threat to his life , or a crowd being told to go attack Mr. X ? NO

Does the statement say “X Nagar ke logo ko Goli Maro ?” . In which case it would result in people living in X nagar having threat to their life , or a crowd being told to go attack people and property in X Nagar ? NO

Does the statement say “Religion X ke logo ko goli maaro ?” . In which case it would result in people belonging to religion X having threat to their life, property , or a crowd being told to go attack people belonging to religion X or property belonging to them. NO.

Does the statement say “Political Party X ke ke logo ko goli maaro ?” . In which case it would result in people belonging to Political party X or supporting political party X having threat to their life, property , or a crowd being told to go attack people belonging to Political Party X or property belonging to them. NO.

So if Kapil Misra made such alose statement , whomo did he intice violence against ?

Are there any ANTI NATIONALS ? Is there a list ? Has anyone been booked ?

Did he name any person , a region , a religion , any political party ? NO.

So how coudl he intice violence agianst ANYONE ?

If I shout , “Shoot dead the rapist , specially child rapist on public square”, am i inticing violence ? And if yes, against WHOM ?

Did Kapil Misra , ask anyone to assemble in any spot ? Targe ANYONE ? Any followers of any religion ?

So how is he resoponsible AT ALL ?

If he is , teh arrest EVERYONE , that includes anyone who has advocated death penalty fo rrapists , which includes EVERY PHAIMINIST and me , for the same crime.

His statement is a mere opinion , which I too mirror .

Traitors should be shot dead. It’s an opinion , a mere statement .

So let’ s stop pretending that he did intice violence . OKAY
