At last the wheels of justice seems to start from a state of inertia in the gross human rights violation and custodial torture of Sadhvi Pragya by the Maharashtra ATS officers as complained by the Sadhvi right from the time she was framed in a fake Saffron Terror case by the Maharashtra ATS in 2008 and taken into illegal custody by it.

The Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission has summoned the Maharashtra Director General Of Police, Hemant Nagarale to appear before it on 06th April 2021in connection with complaint of custodial torture of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur by the Maharashtra ATS.

A complaint in the matter was lodged by Thane-based advocate Aditya Mishra before the Human Rights Commission in October 2018 on Sadhvi Pragya’s statement of being meted out third degree torture in custody by Maharashtra ATS officers to extort a confession from her in the fabricated Malegaon 2008 blast case against her, Colonel Purohit, Swami Aseemanand and other Hindu activists. The National Human Rights Commission later forwarded the complaint to the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission for investigation and action on the complaint.

While the wheels of justice turn very fast to the rescue of Maoists and jihadis accused of terror cases, Sadhvi Pragya had to endure being imprisoned without even charge sheet being filed in the case for nine long years till 2017. The NIA then gave her, Colonel Purohit and several other Hindu activists a clean chit in the case and withdrew the draconian MCOCA charges against her. But, the trial Court Judge seemed to funnily still pursue the matter without any credible evidence.

Sadhvi Pragya had stated that she was tortured in the presence of the late ATS Chief Hemant Karkare himself by allowing Inspector Khanwilkar and the now Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh to beat her up with leather belt when they felt the female constables were not effectively beating her up to their satisfaction.

Sadhvi stated that she was beaten up so badly that her rib broke and her lung was punctured due to which she fell unconscious. She was hospitalised and operated on incognito as the Maharashtra ATS had illegal custody of her without showing any formal arrest.

She was also subjected to mental harassment by being given choicest of verbal abuses by the policemen and forced a spiritually oriented Sadhvi to watch porn films to make her confess to a crime she never committed.

Unfortunately, the judiciary and the human rights body which functions only to appease the rights of jihadi and Maoist terrorists or rapists, just weren’t moved by the plight of sufferings endured by her just because the Sonia Maino family wanted to show Hindus as terrorists because they were busy appeasing the real Islamic terrorists who were happily bombing local trains, brazenly tried to blow up the iconic Taj Hotel in Mumbai in the 26/11 terror attacks.

In fact, Inspector Mehboob Karim Munjewar of the Maharashtra ATS accused the Maharashtra ATS of murdering Ramachandra Kalsangra and Sandeep Dange in police custody in a bid to fix the blame of 26/11 terror attack on them, but unfortunately for the Maharashtra ATS, the brave Inspector Tukaram Omble caught Pakistani terrorist Kasab alive by wrestling with him while dying of injuries suffered from the AK 47 bullets rained by Kasab.

Inspector Munjewar has given this statement on oath to a Mumbai Court, he also stated that when he reported the illegal custodial murder of Kalsangra and Dange to senior most authorities, he was punished with a suspension from service with fake Arms Act cases being slapped on him. Munjewar also stated that Kalsangra and Dange’s bodies were dumped at KEM hospital as one of the unidentified victims of the Mumbai terror attack later, when Kasab was caught alive by Tukaram Omble.

Even now the Maharashtra ATS shows both Kalsangra and Dange as absconding prime accused in Malegaon blast case. This shows to the level the enemies of Hinduism in political, police and judicial arena connived to fabricate false Hindu terror cases to defame Hindus.

It is hoped that the current investigation and action by the Maharashtra Human Rights Commission is not a mere exercise to whitewash the crimes and grave allegations of third degree torture on Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh as the MHRC works under the aegis of Maharashtra government which is now run by the same Congress and NCP who were the prime fabricators of the Saffron terror theory and under whose direction the whole episode of physical and mental harassment took place.
