The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of extremist jihadi outfit PFI’s member, Mohammad Nadeem by saying that fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression is not absolute.
Nadeem has been accused of making provocative statements, inciting riots and promoting enmity between communities by his statements on urging the Muslim community to physically stop the construction of Ram Mandir at Ramjanmabhoomi, Ayodhya.
He was booked under Section 153 A of the Indian Penal Code by Barabanki police on a complaint filed by a person named, Anil Kumar for propagating that “every Muslim has to come forward to protect the site of Babri Masjid” since according to Nadeem, the ceremony for laying foundation for construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya is done on the land of a mosque.
The Allahabad High Court stated in its order rejecting the bail plea that, “The fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression in a secular state is not an absolute licence to hurt religious feelings, faiths and beliefs of fellow citizens”.
Justice Chandra Dhari Singh observed that someone who takes the risk of “dissemination of blasphemous messages is not entitled to get the discretion of the Court exercised in his favour”.
Nadeem tried to portray that he was a member of the Popular Front of India (PFI), whose aim and object according to him , is to promote education amongst poor children and also work for uplifting the poor people of the society. Nothing can be more farther than what was averred by Nadeem in court about the PFI.
The PFI is a well known Islamist jihadi, Muslim supremacist organisation whose heads have been caught on camera confessing that their aim is to turn the whole world Islamic, where converting India into an Islamic country is just a first goal.
The PFI has a record of indulging in many terror cases, and shot to fame by chopping the hands of a Christian Professor asking some questions about Mohammad in an exam question paper. The PFI is also infamous for trapping young Hindu and Christian girls in Kerala in Love Jihad and getting them converted to Islam in a fraudulent manner.
The PFI is also currently under investigation of NIA for its alleged links with several terrorist organisations.
Nadeem’s statement and Assaduddin Owaisi’s statement on the construction of Ram Mandir at the holy Ramjanmabhoomi site only proves that the mentality of imposing Islam on every non-Muslim by wiping out Hindus, breaking temples as espoused by Islamic invaders like Babur, Aurangzeb etc. pervades even now in the Muslim community in India. The so-called ‘Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb’ is a one way street of secularism where Hindus are slowly and insidiously wiped out in their own land of origin.
