TMC leader Sheikh Alam’s venomous hate speech is evidence enough to portray the mentality of Islamist jihadis which form the bedrock for creation of Pakistan and several more Pakistans if nationalist Indians and Hindus do not take the threat of political Islam seriously.

Sheikh Alam claimed that if the 30% Muslims in India come together four Pakistans could be created purported remarks that “four Pakistan” can be created then the rest of the 70% (Hindus) will not have any place to go.

Alam said that Muslims form 30% of India’s population and others (i.e. Hindus )form 70% of the population. He threatened that if the 30% Muslims unite the Hindus will have no place left to live.

Sheikh Alam made these statements when he was campaigning for the TMC candidate in Nanoor consituency in Birbhum in West Bengal. Sheikh Alam claimed, “We form government with 30% votes and BJP comes to power with the support of 70% votes, they should be ashamed of themselves. If 30% of people (read Muslims) in India come together we can create four Pakistans. If all the Muslims in India move to one side of the country, where will the rest of the people go, where will the 70% go?

Sheikh Alam’s statement drew severe criticism from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday. While the rest of the pseudo-secular parties and leftist media is completely silent on the venomous provocative hate speech delivered by Sheikh Alam.

BJP leader Amit Malviya, who is the party’s co-incharge for West Bengal, tweeted a video that showed Alam making the venomous hate speech.

Malviya wrote in the tweet on Thursday that these statements were made by TMC leader, Sheikh Alam at “Basa para, Nanoor” in Birbhum assembly constituency. “…He obviously owes his allegiance to (chief minister) Mamata Banerjee… Does she endorse this position? He also posted Alam’s video in his tweet.

Amit Malviya pointed out in another tweet that leaders like Sheikh Alam have the audacity to dream about creating four Pakistans as they are emboldened by Mamata Banerjee’s appeasement policies which made the majority Hindu community second grade citizens. He wrote, the Hindu community was forced to go to courts for exercising basic religious rights like Durga Visarjan, which was denied by Mamata’s government.

Malviya tweeted, “TMC leaders like Sheikh Alam have the audacity to dream of 4 Pakistan because of Mamata Banerjee’s brazen appeasement politics over the last 10 years. She reduced the majority community in WB to second grade citizens, where they had to seek court approval even for Durga visarjan!.

Sheikh Alam should be booked for hate speech, provoking riots and inciting Muslim community to follow secessionist tendencies. Sheikh Alam’s speech has made the elections in Bengal completely polarised. Mamata perhaps wants to polarise the elections completely to sponge all the Muslim votes as she perhaps fears that Assaduddin Owaisi’s AIMIM, the brazenly Islamist Razakar party may end up garnering some share of the Muslim votes which would make her chances of winning even more bleak.
