Today (31stDec-20) the last day and year comes to an end. Still the most important yet incomplete work on the roster to expel the Rohingya and illegal Bangaldeshi Ghuspathia from India remains unfulfilled

No sane citizen of any nation would allow admission and rehabilitation of any group of radicalized pervert immigrants, whose hands are dirty with the killing of Hindus in Myanmar. Yes People have forgotten the fact that Rohingyas, the radicalized Muslim killed their Hindu neighbours in most gruesome manner raped and abducted their female in Myanmar before fleeing to Bangladesh and India.

At the first places, Rohingya have been smuggled into India by a group of humane traffickers who are an umbrella body of various NGO and members of the infamous Tukde Tukde gang. Their only unstated hidden objective is to destabilize the nation through internal dissention. Emboldened by the support of politicians and foreign agents operating in India, Rohingya have the audacity to file cases in the Supreme Court against the Government of India against their deportation. And a ring of Lawyer, NGO, Media Journalist and Social activist have put in their might behind them to buttress their claim of stay in India. Some vested groups among electronic media like Wire, Caravan, Print, Quint, News-laundry have written series of commentary and columns supporting the cause of these murderers and fanatics.

There are no exact estimates of total numbers Rohingya and Bangladeshi Ghuspathiya staying illegally in this country. The general consensus is around 2 Cr and mostly occupying border districts besides pockets of Jammu, Delhi, Hyderabad and Kerala. Theft, cattle smuggling, counterfeit currency smuggling and weapons smuggling are the common activities these illegals are engaged into. Within their Ghetto, you can see heaps of filth and numerous kids of all age groups. These illegal intruders are breeding like rabbits with obvious reasons to multiply their population and to press for their demand tomorrow. Many of them have colluded with local impersonators and touts to procure PAN card and AADHAR card on fake documents. Vested groups, anti-national NGO are extending all possible monetary and other assignments to see it happens.

Indian Government both at Central and State besides Indian Judiciary have absolutely failed in discharging their duty to the nation. No one seems to be bothered about the enshrined constitutional propriety to address this menace. It is a no ordinary issue but a danger to national Security. It has direct connect to Islamist call of Ghazwa-a-Hind on India.

The worst response has come from the middle and Upper class citizens who are paying taxes but are silent. They should realize, such silence to social and national security matters could be extremely dangerous to them and their posterity.

About the legality of the issue, any reference to Constitutional rules, UN advisory, International law, UNHCR is applicable to Refugees and not to illegal Ghuspathiya. On any matter related to the sanctity of law, the final execution always rests with the Government of a Sovereign nation. Cases have been filed on false pretext before the Supreme Court. Our Judiciary despite Central Government intervention on it’s intend to expel these illegals are silent and indecisive.

It is disgusting and despicable.

A plan to identify, arrest and put in detention center should be immediately started for these illegal Ghuspathiya. The State Government and federal agency should join hands to execute this on a war like basis. The intelligence apparatus have to be upgraded. Border fencing has to be completed. Strict vigil and effective fire power should be permitted by the Ministry of Home at Border to dispel any Illegal movement across the Border. 

Last but not the least, the sympathizer and supporter of these illegal Ghuspathiya be also booked under stringent rules and their properties should be confiscated.  Any such support and activity should be defined under Seditious activity. And necessary rule should be enacted through Parliament to avoid any legal impediment.

India which is Bharat is land of Luminary like Chanakya and his words on Nation and its Sovereignty should be the guiding philosophy not the others.
