This post is written with proof as my personal experience and lies about the registration of death and birth certificates using E-Mitra facility. I’s heart breaking to share that my father passed away on 5-Oct-2020 due to worst medical facility for emergency at Sudha Hospital. Only hospital having emergency services. I’ll write another post on this which is other major issue in Kota, Rajasthan. A constituency of Om Birla.
Now let us come back to e-Mitra services in Rajasthan. We generate a request at e-mitra with all authentic document as per their requirement and got the reference id. also done payment of Rs. 200/- for original copies require for pension department to cancel the pension of my father and other procedures. There is process of yearly submission of proof of pensioner living certificate. So without death certificate, we cannot stop the pension and transfer the same in the name of my mother which require another procedure and death certificate. Requires was generated in 2nd week of Oct 2020. The government extended the date of submission of living proof of Pensioner till Feb 2021.
We were told by e-Mitra person to check on https://pehchan.raj.nic.in/pehchan1/Mainpage.aspx website using the reference number after a week. We checked regularly with no update and asked e-Mitra about the same. The person gave us only one reason, delay is due to less staff. Time flies and then we informed in January end of the month, that we need to sumbit document personally to the Nagar Nigam. It’s an order of Rajasthan goverment to submit and verify the documents personally after registration at e-Mitra. Strange. We don’t know about this order, Our Nigam parshad also failed to inform such order. Now the game is
Step – one – Register at e-Mitra and upload documents – pay fees
Step -2 – Go to Nagar nigam, with uploaded documents – verify the same with the same documents uploaded at e-mitra portal – again pay fees.
Step-3 – pay fees for all number of original copies issued by Nagar Nigam.
This Step 2 is all illegal and forcing to pay double fees for same work already done by e-Mitra.
This started after Congress government came into power ad no one knows or saw the order copy, so how do one knows that we need to register at e-Mitra and go to Nagar Nigam to verify the same with uploaded document. Very unethical process.
Hence the delay of issuing death certificate of my father is of 6 months. Now why I wrote this, there is one advertisement running or radio channels for registration is so easy by e-Mitra online and no physical appereance required. What a great facility provided by Gehlot government. But in real it takes atleast 5-6 months to get the certificate and you need to pay fees at both e-Mitra and Nagar Nigam. Most important thing e-Mitra does not know about this and informed us after inquire with Parshad and nigam employees.
This is a total harassment and cheating done by Rajashtan Government. They stop generating online so why need of e-Mitra. Whenever and whereever Congress government come into power, commission system automatically starts. Nigam Parshad useless, nigam employees useless. Where to go and what to do. The common man always fooled by these congress people. Suddenly stopped online process of everything and forcing people to pay commission to get work done.
We need to wake up and stop this atrocities. If someone wants to help and inform Om Birla, I’ll provide all documented proofs.
