A positive change could be witnessed inside the bracket of social media that the netizens are now standing against the arbitrariness of social media giant “Twitter”. Few days ago, it was Kashmiri Journalist Aarti Tikoo who went up to courageously fought case against Twitter and made sure she won the battle. Twitter finally had to restore her account.

This time, it’s @bhardwajSpeaks who has come forward to drag social media giant “Twitter” to courts for suspending its account without any reason. Petition for reinstatement was listed on 31st of January. The case is being fought by eminent advocate Raghav Awasthi. Learned Court was pleased to issue notice after hearing arguments by Raghav. The matter has been listed for final hearing on the 30th of March 2022. Hopefully, Twitter again have to kneel down again.
