Khalistani group Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) claimed responsibility for Khalistani flags that were raised on Himachal Assembly. Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, who is a US based NRI and the general counsel to Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has been booked by Himachal Pradesh police in a case registered for hanging banners of Khalistan on the main gate of Vidhan Sabha complex in Topovan in Dharamsala. Girpatwant Singh Pannu has been made main accused in the case. The police have also added Section 13 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) in the FIR registered in the case on Sunday morning.

Aam Aadmi Party of Arvind Kejriwal is very dangerously mobilising the Khalistani activities. Aam Aadmi Party is indirectly also behind this incident of raising Khalistani flags on Himachal Assembly. Girpatwant Singh Pannu in a video said “Since Kejriwal-Mann lured pro-Khalistan Sikhs into donating over $6 million to AAP during the Punjab election, SFJ will use activists who are close to CM Bhagwant Mann to promote the Khalistan Referendum. Khalistan flags at Dharamshala is a clear message to CM Jai Ram Thakur that Himachal Pradesh will be reclaimed through Khalistan Referendum and once again will be part of Punjab.”
