Allahabad High Court has ordered to conduct videography survey of the disputed structure at Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura Mathura like Gyanvapi. This order was given by Justice Piyush Agrawal . The order says that Videography needs to he done in four months. Along with this, instructions have been given to submit the report in the High Court after contracting the survey in four months.
The Survey Commission will consist of a senior advocate, commissioner and two advocates along with an assistant commissioner along with the plaintiff, the respondent and the competent authority. There will be a videography survey in four months and after that this report will have to be filed.
Let us inform that Ranjana Agnihotri, a resident of Lucknow, had filed a case demanding the ownership of 13.37 acres of land of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. He also demanded the removal of the Shahi Idgah Masjid built in Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. The suit, filed in the court, has sought removal of the Idgah mosque, allegedly built in 1669-70 on the orders of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, in the 13.37-acre complex of the Katra Keshav Dev temple near the birthplace of Lord Krishna. The petitioners have sought the mosque’s survey, claiming the existence of several signs of temples, like those of “om, swastika and lotus” inside it besides its alleged “Hindu architecture”.
