In a conversation with YouTuber Shakeel Choudhary, Mirza said that he had come to India on the invitation of the then Vice-President Hamid Ansari and Zafarul Islam Khan, the founder of an English newspaper Milli Gazette. He received many sensitive intelligence in India which he passed on to the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. After this claim of Mirza, there has been an uproar on social media. People on the microblogging platform Twitter are cursing Hamid Ansari and Zafarul Islam Khan as well as the Congress party, which was in power at the Centre. It’s about 2011. Manmohan Singh was the Prime Minister of the country at that time.

He tweeted, ‘Pakistani columnist Nusrat Mirza visited India several times during the Congress regime and is now openly claiming on camera that he used to pass information found in India to ISI.
