For long, the Indian liberals have been drawn towards Malala Yousufzai as they feel she represents a class of faithfuls which are more prone to assimilating and willing to work within the norms of a modern community. Malala started to become known in liberal circles during 2009, when she supposedly wrote a diary in a pseudonym Gul Makai and it was published on BBC Urdu as the story of a girl living under Taliban in Pathan land. At the time, the TTP were extremely active in Pakistan and they wanted to ban girl education in the country.  Malala’s family ran a chain of schools in Swat, where her father also taught Islamic studies to the children.  It was in fact her father who wrote for BBC pretending to be Malala. If we look at the other events taking place during this period, the Pakistan Army was pretend fighting with the TTP, a militant organization created by it. The fight which was ongoing in the area including Malala’s hometown Swat in KPK, was over resources, territory, and weapons.  The TTP and Pakistan Army were killing each other because both wanted a hold on US-provided resources, which Pervez Musharraf had secured at the cost of having his own citizens killed. The drone attacks aimed at militants were publicized as killer machines of innocent children. Voices were starting to rise condemning these blatant attacks on citizens by USA.  There are rumors that the diary of Gul Makai was in fact the creation of pro US bodies, even the CIA, in order to divert the attention of western voices, and make a hero of the girl child. In 2009, NYTimes shared a film on Malala and her father, in which the then 12-year-old is shown meeting with Richard Halbrook, Obama’s top official and the US Ambassador to Pakistan. Three years after she started to become famous, Malala and two of her other school friends were attacked, and the 3 girls suffered serious injuries.  This incident was like a Godsend for the Leftists.  Some even say that it was also pre planned, and of the three injured girls, Malala’s father was able to sell the incident in the most successful manner, in turn making her into a world class celebrity.  She was moved to England for treatment, and then was given permission to live there with her family. She was nominated and won the Nobel Price and secured more accolades from the west as well as their liberal followers in India. Her two other friends who were also shot in the same incident are unknown to the world, because Malala was pre prepared to become the poster child of moderate Islam.  Her father built the life of his family around this girl, and now they are enjoying high class living in Britain.

To this date, the liberals in Pakistan support Malala blindly, and blast everyone who dares raise a question about her integrity as a rights supporter for girls. Most of these people are self proclaimed atheists or at least  call themselves moderate Muslims, which is an oxymoron.  The reason why it is important to understand this connection, is because both categories are predominantly hardcore anti Hindu, and anti India.  In the west, all the known celebrities supporting the Malala enigma are vocally pro liberalism and pro Obama.  The narrative sold to them focused on how the Obamaesque mindset always wanted to help uplift the under privileged girl child.

In India, you will find 90% of Bollywood and their woke gang fawning over Malala.  Again, they have bought into the abhorrence called Islamophobia and see Malala as a savior of the ‘marginalized’ community.  They are indoctrinated to believe that Islam treats women like queens, giving them maximum rights. Muslims on the other hand consider Islam as above and beyond feminism, and one of her famous quotes of Malala depicting exactly this is
“But to me Islam is about equality and calling myself feminist would have no position from the religion.”

If any neutral Indian spectator wants more clarity on the matter, they should know that Malala supports Muskan, the Hijabi student in Karnataka, and has raised concerns over the “marginalisation of Muslim women in India” as and when she was signaled to do so. All her tweets and statements are manicured to perfection and timed appropriately.

The manner in which the PR team of Malala projects her image is in complete alignment with the agenda pursued by the Left and the Woke.  Resultantly, one would never hear Malala talk about the abduction, rape and forced conversions of Hindu Pakistani girls, or any other minorities in Pakistan. She has not lifted an eyebrow towards the organized brainwashing in Madarsas throughout her country, turning thousands of children into prime terrorists. She has never raised the issue of Molvis raping minor girls and boys while teaching them the holy scripture. She did not see it as her business to talk about the child porn rackets that get unveiled regularly in Pakistan. More importantly, she has not made any serious attempt to address the lack of education among children in Pakistan.  Instead, you will find her criticising the removal of Article 370 in Kashmir, The dichotomy is so deep, that Malala the Executive Producer of Joyland, a film based on travails of  transgenders in Pakistan, does not utter a word against the stand of her chosen faith, which declares homosexuality punishable by death. She appears on red carpets supporting a movie which shows the union of a British and Pakistani family, while completely overlooking the fact that anyone who marries into a Muslim family must do so at the cost of their own religion. For some who have suffered personally, this looks an attempt to condone the thousands of forced conversions occurring in Pakistan, and the many Love Jihad based conversions which put the lives of non Muslim girls in danger in India.

While Britain has become a melting pot of Jihadist ideologies from all over the world, Malala and her PR team have been playing their part to keep bringing Islamism to the fore, with great focus.  They have managed to sell a false version of the Islamic world to the west, adding to the eminent onset of doom faced by it.
