Munawar Faruqui so called- comedian was beaten on Friday by leaders of a rights group in Indore in Madhya Pradesh as reported by Zee News.

As per Reports, News and sources , Faruqui was performing in Morroe Cafe Near 56 Dukaan in Indore where supporters of Hindu Rakshak Sangathan beat him and then taken to Tukoganj police station where case was filed against him with others.

Munawar Faruqui in his comedy show hosted by habitat-Comedy and music cafe Mumbai, made an insensitive comment on the tragic incident of Godhra riots and used derogatory words against Lord Rama and goddess Sita.

Farooqi used lyrics of a cheap Bollywood score to mock Lord Rama over his 14 years of exile and portrayed Sita as an insecure wife suspicious of her husband Lord Rama’s loyalty towards her.

Few days back due to his regular act of hurting sentiments of Hindus at large #ArrestMunawarFaruqui trended on Twitter after Faruqui’s couple of videos went viral. In one video, Faruqui joked on the 2002 Godhra carnage where reportedly 59 Hindus were burnt alive in the Sabarmati Express near the Godhra railway station in Gujarat.

Faruqui made fun of the 59 dead Hindu pilgrim victims of Godhra train burning and blaming Amit Shah and the RSS for it.

People all over Social Media is celebrating by saying that Munawar Deserve this only. People also said that Bollywood & people like Munawar Faruqui mock Hindu Gods & think they can get away with it. If we don’t do anything to them these hate mongers will keep abusing Hinduism.
