Current Chief Minister of Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal is continuously visiting Gujarat in view of the upcoming assembly elections. On 3rd of September, Arvind Kejriwal appealed to Gujarat BJP workers in Rajkot to work for AAP.
Arvind Kejriwal urged BJP karyakartas to remain enrolled in BJP but work for his Aam Aadmi Party and with this they would continue to take payments from the ruling party ie BJP and work internally for the Aam Aadmi Party. He also stated that if Aam Aadmi Party government comes in the state, then BJP workers will get all the facilities and benefits which have been promised to them.
Speaking in Rajkot ,Arvind Kejriwal said “We don’t need big BJP leaders. BJP should keep its leaders with itself. We need their Panna Pramukhs and workers of villages, booths and talukas. These people are joining AAP.” Kejriwal did not stop here. He said that BJP does not take care of its workers. It does not provide free and good education, medical facilities and electricity etc. to their children. Aam Aadmi party gives all these facilities to his workers.
Kejriwal asked BJP workers, “You stay in BJP, but work for the Aam Aadmi Party. Many of them get money. Keep taking it, but keep working for us, because we don’t have money. I am not Ehsan Farmosh. I will fulfill all your demands within a month. He promised that after 24 hours of formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Gujarat free education for children, free medical care for the family and Rs 1000 allowance will be given to women.”
