The matter of threatening to kill those who supported and supported Nupur Sharma has now reached the Rajasthan High Court premises as well. The latest case is of Kudi police station area where two scribes of advocates working in the Rajasthan High Court premises, got embroiled in a dispute. The matter escalated to such an extent that one scribe even threatened to kill the other scribe. A scribe named Sohail threatened Munshi Mahendra Rajpurohit on WhatsApp and wrote that ‘Gustakh-e-Nabi ki ek hi saza, sar dhad se juda.’
Mahendra had put the status of ‘I Support Nupur Sharma’, it is being told that Sohail further wrote that you will forget the way to go home and you will understand when you throat is cut down. The matter is being told of June 6 when Munshi Mahendra Rajpurohit had put the status of ‘I Support Nupur Sharma ‘. After this, Sohail, working with an advocate in the Rajasthan High Court, started messaging Mahendra Rajpurohit continuously on WhatsApp and started threatening him on the phone. Initially, Mahendra did not take it seriously, but today when he was working in the court, Sohail came in front of him and started threatening him again.
Attempts were made to persuade Sohail but he did not agree, Mahendra informed the President of the Murti Association and the Rajasthan High Court Advocate Association, after which a period of consultation began, but Sohail did not agree. He was continuously threatening Mahendra, on which Nathu Singh, president of the High Court Advocate Association, sent Mahendra Singh Rajpurohit to Kudi police station. An FIR was registered in this regard in the police station and the police took quick action in the matter and took Munshi Sohail into custody. Police Station Officer Sumer Charan said that if required, Munshi Mahendra will be given security at home and workplace.
‘Fear is rife in Munshi Mahendra Singh after bullying‘
Advocate Clerk Association President Jitendra Singh Chaudhary said that such an incident is sad and there is fear in Munshi after such threats at workplace, in such a situation, Mahendra Singh Strong security should be given. He said that while making threats, Sohail has threatened Mahendra citing the Udaipur incident, in which case he should be given protection and he has sent the matter to the President of the Rajasthan High Court Advocate Association and the High Court Registrar.
