A video of slogans of Pakistan Zindabad is going viral in Katni district of Madhya Pradesh. Hindu organizations allege that the slogans of Pakistan Zindabad were raised after the victory of Rahisha Wajid Khan on the post of Sarpanch in Chaka Gram Panchayat. After its video went viral on Saturday, activists of Hindu organizations gathered in large numbers at Kuthla police station. They have demanded strict action against the accused.

During the ongoing three-tier panchayat elections in the state, the elections to Chaka Gram Panchayat of Katni have also been completed in the second phase on Friday. After the counting of votes which lasted till late night, there were unconfirmed reports that the candidate for the post of Sarpanch Rahisha Wajid Khan have won. The celebrations continued for a long time after his alleged victory. Hindu organizations have alleged that objectionable slogans were raised at night outside Wajid Khan’s house in celebration of the victory. It is alleged that slogans of Pakistan Zindabad have been raised.

After the video of the incident went viral on social media, the matter caught fire and the protests reached the police station. A large number of activists of Hinduist organizations reached the Kuthla police station and protested and demanded a high-level inquiry into the matter. However, Kreately Media does not confirm the video and the so-called slogans being raised in it.

Regarding the whole matter, Katni district CSP Vijay Pratap Singh says that it is being investigated. According to the facts revealed in the investigation, legal action will be taken.
