On 21st of April, 4 Islamists belonging to Islamist organization Popular Front of India and its political wing SDPI, were arrested for the murder of RSS karyakarta, SK Srinivasan in Kerala on 16th of April in Kerala’s Palakkad district of Kerala.

The name of the four muslims who are arrested are Muhammad Bilal (22),Muhammad Riswan (20), A Riasudin (35) and Sahad, (22).Additional director general of police, Vijay Sakhare informed that the four arrested people were present at the spot, but were not directly involved in the attack. Also, he confirmed that the four are activists of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and its political wing- Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI). The murder victim SK Sreenivasan was a former Physical Education instructor of the RSS. He was murdered by a group of 6 assailants who arrived on three bikes. They hacked him to death inside his shop in the Melamuri area of Palakkad with sharp weapons. According to eyewitnesses, the attackers were armed with machetes and attacked him several times, inflicting multiple fatal injuries.
