A horrifying new scandal of exploitation and sexual crimes has come to the surface in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The crimes took place at Islamia University in Bahawalpur, where the faculty and Security officer are involved in sexual exploitation of girl students in return of grades.  The Chief Security Officer of the university was the first to be arrested for this crime, and he later revealed sensational details about the involvement of many faculty members, administration staff and others in the scandal. This officer was apprehended by the police as he was driving his car in an inebriated state, and was taking a girl to be presented as the next victim to the university.  The police found hashish, heroin, ICE and aphrodisiacs from his car.  Two mobile phones were also confiscated, and the investigation began. The person arrested is called Syed Ejaz Shah, and he is a former Major in Pakistan Army.

According to former Army Major Shah, 70% of the faculty in each department is involved in the scandal, which includes demanding sexual favours from students, and then blackmailing them to engage and in mass sexual activities.  In a viral video, Major Shah shared that most of these faculty members were also fond of alcohol and drugs, and the administration staff were the facilitators for providing these banned substances through various drug dealers.  Many of the criminals named by Major Shah are PhD and have been involved in the teaching profession for a long time.  The girls were not only roped in for sexual favours, but they were also hooked on to the drugs like ICE, Heroin and Charas.  The police has revealed that 115 girls were made drug addicts as a result of these activities.

The crimes were aimed at not just girl students, but also most of the female faculty and admin staff of the university.  Those applying for a job at the university were told to submit their nude videos to Major Shah in order to secure a job.  These clips were later sold to multiple pornographic websites.  In addition, the students and female staff were forced to attend orgies, videos of which are also found on some Xiaomi and Infinix mobiles, discovered from those arrested.

Major Shah revealed that he monitored security cameras at the university, used footage to record female students hugging, smoking with friends under trees, even inside the bathroom. He used these videos to then blackmail students and threaten to share them with their parents..  It is also revealed that during his employment with the university, Major Shah was also involved in sex crimes previously but the Vice Chancellor had expunged these reports from his record.  Even now, the Vice Chancellor is seen denying the allegations even after the videos have been discovered and some of them shared widely on social media.  Additionally, the ISI and Pakistan Army are pressurising the complaining parties and the police to suppress the matter, as they are coming to rescue one of their own.

According to one report, a local Minister’s son is also involved in these heinous crimes, and his videos are also in the custody of the police. Another angle is that the politicians and the Army are throwing mud at each other, while the reality of thousands of video clips and the girls victimised thus will get no justice.

Social media users have suggested that this case is not an anomaly, and that similar cartels operate inside most large and small universities, colleges and institutions inside Pakistan.  Looking at their fascination with sexual crimes, porn and pedophilia, one finds no valid reason to doubt these claims made about the country by its own educated citizens.
