Genocide of Hindu, in North east

This Guys Vic Dey clearly mentions how organise Genocide of Hindu has happened since 1979, Eastern India.(Meghalaya), May be we think that india consitutes of 70% of hindu but in Eastern India, Hindus of State are not given there right, they cant buy land or property.
