The presidential election is due on 18 July. Draupadi Murmu has been nominated for the President’s post from the NDA side and Yashwant Sinha from the opposition. Yashwant Sinha reached Jammu and Kashmir on 9 July. Where he met Farooq Abdullah and Mehbooba and described them as the biggest patriots. Vivek Agnihotri was furious at this.

Vivek Agnihotri wrote on Twitter that “When Kashmir was burning, terrorism was at its peak, Hindus were killed openly, houses were burnt, temples were destroyed, resigned on January 18 (just a day before the dark night of January 19) To give up and flee to London is the most patriotic thing. What can we do.”
