Remember the Caliphate movement (1919-24) spearheaded by M.K. Gandhi in India to protest when the Khalifa (the spiritual and political head of Islam was abolished) by the Ataturk (who tried to establish a modern and secular Turkey).

Even after the abolition of the Caliphate, there have been multiple attempts to revive the Caliphate. Having a figure head for entire Islam would help them unify the Muslim Ummah.

The Caliphate was in hands of Ottomans (current day Turkey) from 1517-1924 i.e. nearly 400 years. It is not a small period.

With the new president of Turkey(Recep Tayyip Erdoğan) desiring to be leader of all Muslims and eventually bring back the Caliphate poses a great threat to the world in general.

To make matters worse, Pakistan has become a big supporter of Erdoğan. On top of that the Taliban have openly announced their support for Turkey (for being founded on Islamic principles). And to make matters worse, due to US-Turkish and France-Turkish rivalry, Turkey has found an unusual friend in no other than China. After Turkey-US relations became sour, Russia has also developed friendly relations with Turkey and has provided Turkey with its lethal anti-Missile S-400 systems.

What I see here is : A full blown commie-Jihadi nexus is openly forming up and that poses a big threat to the entire human-kind.

I wont be surprised if Russia and China support the revival and re-establishment of the Islamic Caliphate.

Hence, it is extremely important that the democratic, free and Capitalist world comes together and defeat these evil forces.
