[NCERT is just a pre-cursor to the leftist, communist “woke” garbage that Universities teach around the world, including India. This affects day-to-day life; politics, culture, food, entertainment, etc., and generation after generation continues to produce deracinated youth who have no affinity for its Hindu roots.]

“Woke” Liberalism imported from the West into Indian Academia is destroying India from within, a fact that is felt by many sensible people, but one that is not being intellectually processed and articulated because sensible people are not grappling with the stupidity of the ideology’s narrative, nor with the evil of the ideology itself.

The stupidity of it is illustrated by required reading in a humanities course of one of India’s top universities. As far back as 1994, James Finn Garner published a collection of short stories that satirized political correctness by rewriting classic children’s fairy tales, like Little Red Riding Hood in the language of political correctness.

As an example, the following is an excerpt from his book “Politically Correct Bedtime Stories”.

“There once was a young person named Red Riding Hood who lived with her mother on the edge of a large wood. One day her mother asked her to take a basket of fresh fruit and mineral water to her grandmother’s house — not because this was womyn’s work, mind you, but because the deed was generous and helped engender a feeling of community.

Furthermore, her grandmother was not sick, but rather was in full physical and mental health and was fully capable of taking care of herself as a mature adult.

So Red Riding Hood set off with her basket through the woods.

Many people believed that the forest was a foreboding and dangerous place and never set foot in it. Red Riding Hood, however, was confident enough in her own budding sexuality that such obvious Freudian imagery did not intimidate her.

On the way to Grandma’s house, Red Riding Hood was accosted by a wolf who asked her what was in her basket.

She replied, “Some healthful snacks for my grandmother, who is certainly capable of taking care of herself as a mature adult.”

The wolf said, “You know, my dear, it isn’t safe for a little girl to walk through these woods alone.”

Red Riding Hood said, “I find your sexist remark offensive in the extreme, but I will ignore it because of your traditional status as an outcast from society, the stress of which has caused you to develop your own, entirely valid, worldview. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I must be on my way.”

Red Riding Hood walked on along the main path. But, because his status outside society had freed him from slavish adherence to linear, Western-style thought, the wolf knew a quicker route to Grandma’s house.

He burst into the house and ate Grandma, an entirely valid course of action for a carnivore such as himself. Then, unhampered by rigid, traditionalist notions of what was masculine or feminine, he put on Grandma’s nightclothes and crawled into bed.

Red Riding Hood entered the cottage and said, “Grandma, I have brought you some fatfree, sodium-free snacks to salute you in your role of a wise and nurturing matriarch.”

From the bed, the wolf said softly, “Come closer, child, so that I might see you.”

Red Riding Hood said, “Oh, I forgot you are as optically challenged as a bat. Grandma, what big eyes you have!”

“They have seen much, and forgiven much, my dear.”

“Grandma, what a big nose you have, only relatively, of course, and certainly attractive in its own way.”

“It has smelled much, and forgiven much, my dear.”

“Grandma, what big teeth you have!”

The wolf said, “I am happy with who I am and what I am,” and leaped out of bed.

He grabbed Red Riding Hood in his claws, intent on devouring her. Red Riding Hood screamed, not out of alarm at the wolf’s apparent tendency toward crossdressing, but because of his willful invasion of her personal space.

Her screams were heard by a passing woodchopperperson (or log-fuel technician, as he preferred to be called). When he burst into the cottage, he saw the melee and tried to intervene. But as he raised his ax, Red Riding Hood and the wolf both stopped.

“And just what do you think you’re doing?” asked Red Riding Hood.

The woodchopper-person blinked and tried to answer, but no words came to him.

“Bursting in here like a Neanderthal, trusting your weapon to do your thinking for you!” she exclaimed.

“Sexist! Speciesist! How dare you assume that womyn and wolves can’t solve their own problems without a man’s help!”

When she heard Red Riding Hood’s impassioned speech, Grandma jumped out of the wolf’s mouth, seized the woodchopperperson’s ax, and cut his head off. After this ordeal, Red Riding Hood, Grandma, and the wolf felt a certain commonality of purpose.

They decided to set up an alternative household based on mutual respect and cooperation, and they lived together in the woods happily ever after.”

In an astonishing and barely believable turn of events, this satirization of political correctness has been turned into a bible by professionals who are paid to indoctrinate students into politically correct thinking.

Woke academics are now using this book to teach students how to see racism, sexism, and every other kind of favourite -ism of the postmodernists, in culture and society. Any student informing their instructor that the book is satirical is told that it is most certainly not and that Garner is instructing readers how to correct their thinking and language to become politically correct, as prescribed by the postmodernists!

Wokeness which is in fact driven by postmodernism is a destructive evil, a malevolent ideology that is destroying every free, democratic society in the World, India included, and it must be clearly perceived and faced: Postmodern, neo-Marxist, “woke” culture has taken an institutional grip on the political, cultural and intellectual being of India through our education system.

Politically correct woke culture is not merely about being sensitive towards the never-ending identity groups. It is about the intentions that fuel it, the ideology of the destruction of nationhood and pre-existing cultures with a neo-Marxist paradigm, the Soviet gorgon mutated and rebirthed for the Chinese Capitalist Totalitarian 21st century.

Political correctness is a highly effective soft power weapon used by people who want to silence you because they want to displace existing cultural and political paradigms and supplant them with newly engineered narratives of gender, equity, race, and selectively, maliciously crafted narratives of “historical injustice”, in which every ounce of truth is accompanied by a ton of deception and malignant intent. Its propagators are going to destroy your right to free speech, expression and thought, destroy your ability to speak out, resist and organize against their historic grab for global social, political, and cultural power.

Ideology and language have an interdependent relationship, one that we tend to overlook. Our language is influenced by the way we think, how we think depends on our morals and our morals stem from our ideals. We speak in a certain way, for or against certain issues because of our ideological inclinations and the linguistic environment around us.

By binding us to the rules and regulations of political correctness they get control of our speech and from it, the control of our public discourse. Since the entire social discourse gets tied up in the web that PC culture lays out, they get to control our thoughts by selecting what information reaches us. The notion of regulated speech is not only an infringement on our freedoms but is also against the ethos of India.

From the Shanti Parva to the Bhagavad Gita to the Arthashastra and so on, our scriptures have always emphasized the importance of speech, expression and speaking truth to power.

We cannot do justice to our heritage if we are constrained by the prisons of speech policed by the postmodernists. Imagine telling Hindus today that Shri Krishna’s guidance to Arjun to fulfil his duty as a Kshatriya to uphold Dharma, was a casteist, patriarchal, promotion of violence, and thus to be condemned not admired. Imagine declaring that the Natyashastra is offensive and intolerable because performing arts aren’t inclusive of people with physical disabilities and are therefore discriminatory and indeed we do see this happening around us today.

Under the garb of progress, one of the most prestigious universities in India has set the objective of achieving political egalitarianism by orchestrating the retardation of cognitive processes and of academic freedom, through regulated speech and discourse. It has given rise to a hypersensitive generation that battles over whether the word “woman” should have the word “man” in it or whether it should be spelt as “womyn/womxn”, and yet is entirely unconscious and unprepared to deal intellectually and emotionally with any of the matters that determine the functioning and health of societies in reality.

Neo-Marxist academia has corroded humanity to such intense levels of sensitivity that now political and social power only requires one to scream about having been offended by anything at all that will serve to send all opposition running to save itself from accusations of creating “hostile” spaces for “disadvantaged” groups. And it works because now there is no one who can dare to even ask the question of where the reasonable lines lie for assessing whether an accused person is guilty. To even question what is reasonable is now an invitation for the woke mob to burn you at the stake.

Our freedom to think, speak, and choose for ourselves, our freedom as human beings, endowed with free will, is under threat and will be extinguished in very short order if neo-Marxist venom in the veins of India’s education system is not sucked out and gotten rid with the highest urgency.
