India will always be indebted to Azad‌ ‌Hind‌ ‌Fauj‌ commander in chief Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose for his valor and his contribution to India’s freedom struggle. The central government has paid an unprecedented tribute to him by celebrating Netaji’s birth anniversary as Parakram Diwas. His thoughts & ideals will inspire the youth and continue to guide India towards a confident & self-reliant future.

Who can forget the famous slogan of Netaji, “Tum Mujhe Khoon Do, Main Tumhe Azadi Dunga”.  On 21th of Oct 1943, Netaji established Azad Hind Sarkar and taken oath as the first Prime Minister. Azad Hind Sarkar was the first government of undivided India. Netaji had prepared a detailed roadmap of Azad Hind Sarkar and there was a plan for all sectors. Azad Hind Sarkar has its own Bank, currency, Postoffice and Its own Intelligence Network.

Netaji was inspired by Swami Vivekananda and his ultimate goal was complete freedom from British occupation.

Netaji not only inspired freedom fighters of India, but freedom fighters from other countries who are fighting against the colonial British Occupation also inspired by him. South African leader Nelson Mandela was also inspired by Netaji.

During Congress rule in India, Netaji’s contributions to India’s freedom struggle has largely been ignored. On Netaji’s 125th birth anniversary the Indian government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a number of initiatives to highlight Netaji’s role in India’s freedom. These include the Inauguration of an exhibition in Victoria Memorial Hall on the life of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose by PM Narendra Modi. In this exhibition, 125 stories related to Netaji’s life will be shown. The exhibition will continue to be shown for the next two years. PM Modi will also inaugurate a book based on Netaji letters and honor veterans of Azad Hind Fauj‌.

Not only this, In beating retreat, the tune of Azad Hind Fauj‌ “Kadam Kadam Badhaye Ja” will be included. Netaji’s photos will be installed on some Air India Planes. Post tickets will be issued in the name of Netaji.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose will continue to inspire generations to come. Jai Hind!
