Lets look at Suffering.

When we say Worry / Overthinking / Unnecessary Pain, someone is either “Suffering the FUTURE” or “Suffering the PAST” – when we say “someone”, we are neither referring to You nor the Body. We are referring to the Mind.

What happened 10 years ago, people can Suffer it.

What may happen 10 days later, people can Suffer it.

You cannot Suffer the Present.

Lets look at the Mind.

There is a clear distinction between You and the Mind. You need to realize – You are not the Mind and the Mind is not you. You are also not the body. Only when you realize this, you can really look at the Mind.

Many times, have we been sad for a couple of hours and then suddenly got back to being happy ? For the Mind, we must realize this is all a Big Play. A Big Free Play. No money to be spent in any of its adventures. It can be sad whenever it likes. It can be joyful whenever it likes. But, its the Body that is adversely impacted when the Mind goes into Sadness.

Lets look at the Body.

Why do we need to be concerned about the Body ? Isn’t it the Most Basic Requirement to have a Healthy Body to Live a Good Life. On some days if you see, the Body becomes so weak that you are not even able to stand. That’s how fragile you are.

And so, the least we can do in this Life is Be Considerate to our Body. Because, its very innocent.

Lets look at how the Body is Most Innocent.

Even if your poke or jab a 3-yr old baby, the baby will block or retaliate. But, the Body will not do any of it. It will silently take the beating.

You Drown yourself for years in Sadness, It will silently take the beating.

You Smother yourself for years in Intoxicants and Bad food, It will silently take the beating.

You Overwhelm yourself for years with Depression, It will again silently take the beating.

If You decide to go Against your Body, there is Nothing in this world that can Save It.

So, please. Do your Body a favor. Start Living your Life… Consciously in the… Present. Where else can You Be ?
