Unbreaking India: A master class in the History of Muslim Politics & A debate ending book on Art 370, CAA
This book is an analytical book of history diving into the uncensored theology of Sufis, repeated mistakes of Hindus, history of Islamisation of Kashmir, the emergence of & constitutionality of Art 370, the necessity of CAA, etc. But the most important aspect is this history has a bearing on our present and our future. Depends on whether we learn from it or not. With the nullification of Article 370 and enactment of CAA, we are moving in the right direction. It is up to you, me and anyone who cares about Bharat that this process of Unbreaking India shouldn't stop because Breaking India forces aren't stopping anytime soon.
Basics:
Change happens when an individual or a group of individual are exposed to a piece of information at a specific time or exposed to some information for a long amount of time. This is the most effective way to bring change. Our Education is a good example of this policy. in school we are exposed to some information repeatedly and it shapes our beliefs, our way of life, our world view, our understanding of what is right or wrong. What is drilled into us when we are children, we believe it to be true since it came from someone we trust or have been told to trust.
Now imagine if a child is is not taught the method using which a child can find the truth. In this situation the child will have no option but to accept the information being given to him at face value. Essentially, the person who cannot find the truth himself, he will spend all his life getting second hand information. Since Indians do not have the capacity to find the truth, whatever is fed in the media, tv, internet, social media, newspapers, films etc. will have to be accepted at face value since we do not have the inclination or the capacity to find/verify the information.
Another problem is that once we come across the truth, we do not know what to do with it. consequently, even after knowing the truth we do not know how to present truth or what to do with it. a person who does not know how to fight for the truth or how to prove his point will lose no matter what. even if i know the truth, the person who knows how to prove his point can easily defeat me.
Another issue is that we Indians are trying to seek validation from our enemy and our enemy knows it and therefore we keep on losing our battles. First we have to learn not to fight but to eliminate the idea of seeking external validation.
