Resolution, in the second ‘Hindu Rashtra Sansad’ to evaluate
the performance of people’s representatives every year

          ‘If the Western Constitutions are being drafted on the basis of the Bible in a Christian-majority countries and on the basis of Quran-Hadith in an Islamic countries, then why is it secular while drafting the Indian Constitution ? The exact definition of ‘Sect’ and ‘Religion’ should be clarified in the Indian Constitution. In 1976, Mrs. Indira Gandhi forcefully made the 42nd Amendment to the Constitution and forcefully inserted the words ‘Secular’ and ‘Socialist’ into the Constitution. As this act is unconstitutional, the words ‘Secular’ and ‘Socialist’ should be removed from the Constitution’; this demand was made at the second ‘Hindu Rashtra Sansad’ (Parliament) of the 10th Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Rashtra Adhiveshan being held in Goa. It should be ensured by the Election Commission whether the promises made by the political parties in their manifestos during the election period are being fulfilled or not, by giving these manifestos the status of statutory documents. At the same time, it was decided that the performance of each MP should be evaluated by the citizens of his constituency every year. Adv. Umesh Sharma, Advocate of the Supreme Court was ‘appointed’ as the Speaker of the Sansad, and Mr. Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Mr. Chetan Rajhans, National Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha oversaw the work as Deputy Speakers.

 Proposals passed in Hindu Rashtra Sansad

       The number of Rohingya infiltrators, as well as the number of Bangladeshi Muslims has increased dramatically in India. Crimes under sedition Act should be registered against those who have issued fake Voter Identity Cards and Aadhar Cards to these infiltrators and intruders; Anti-Conversion Act should be legislated in the Indian Parliament; evidence should be sought before the Women’s Commission from the Hindu girls who marry Muslims by performing ‘Nikah’ that they are not being forcibly converted or physically exploited; efforts should be made to repeal the Places of Worship Act of 1991; establishing the ‘Gurukul Education Board’ on the lines of the ‘Madrasa Board’ and ensuring that the Head of education department in these Gurukuls is proficient in Vedas, Sanskrit language. Other proposals were also passed on the occasion. The proceedings of the Adhiveshan is also being telecast live on the ‘HinduJagruti’ YouTube channel.
