BJP’s Kapil Mishra, once again fights for the cause of wronged Hindus in whose support neither the pseudo-secular media nor their political counterparts or even the Hinduphobic Police establishment ever stand up. Yesterday, shockingly, the Delhi Police with great alacrity filed an FIR against Sadhu Yati Narasinghanand Saraswati for his criticism of Islam’s founder, Mohammad, but did not bother to file an FIR against AAP MLA, Amanatullah Khan for issuing a Firman to behead and chop the tongue of Yati Narasinghanand Saraswati.

BJP leader Kapil Mishra on Sunday (4 April) has come forward to file a complaint to the Uttar Pradesh police against the extremist AAP MLA, Amanatullah Khan who exhorted for the beheading of Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati over the latter’s criticism of Prophet Mohammed.

Mishra in his complaint stated, Khan’s tweet on the social media platform has provoked wide spread religious and communal hatred in India and threatening to culminate in riots.

Mishra stated that Khan is wantonly inciting with an intent to cause riots in the country. He also pointed out that Amanatullah’s posts in the social media clearly shows he has malafide intention against Hindus and Hindu sadhus. Mishra stated, that Amanatullah Khan is abetting the murder of Hindu Sadhu Yati Narasinghanand Saraswati, the chief priest of Devi Mandir at Dasna and leader of Hindu organisations like Hindu Swabhiman and President of Akhil Bhartiya Sant Parishad.

Mishra states further that, his statements are brazen criminal intimidation and open threat to kill the well respected and dignified priest. Mishra concludes that Amanatullah through this post is deliberately targeting violence against Hindus by targeting the chief priest of Dasna Devi Mandir.

Kapil Mishra therefore requested the UP Police to register a FIR, investigate and take suitable actions against Amanatullah Khan by charging him under various sections of the Indian Penal Code relating to spreading enmity against communities, inciting riots and threatening to commit murder.

While the Delhi Police has filed an FIR against Yati Narsinghanand for his criticism against Mohammad, it does not think that an open threat to behead and chop off someone’s tongue by Amanatullah Khan constitutes any offence! As it has refrained from filing any FIR against Amanatullah nor has it arrested him for barefaced calls for murdering Yati Narasinghanand with impunity.

This raises several questions against the law enforcing agencies to allow Islamists to get away with incitement to murder and provocation of riots. Are Hindus safe in India? Do Hindu lives matter in India?

We do know the global intellectual bias against Hindus and Hinduphobia which justifies anyone ranging from far left extremists to fundamentalist Islamists abusing Hinduism and openly issuing death treats and rape threats against Hindus.

Notably, Khan’s venomous tweet was hosted on Twitter for many hours, before it was forced to retract a full day after the tweet was made citing violation of its rules. By the way, Amanatullah Khan is not yet banned from twitter for his poisonous death threats and riot inciting tweets.
