Secular ought to be straight, not tilting left or right. Graphically, secular is as follows:
Merriam Webster dictionary describes secularism as ‘indifference to or rejection or exclusion of religion and religious considerations.’
Exactly like the straight line above in midst of all religions.
Secularism in the West is often described as ‘the principle of separation of the state from religious institutions’. The spirit is one and the same. No tilting left or right towards any religion.
So, what would you say, if a government, at the Center or State, pays
Salary to teachers of the religious schools.
Salary to priests or preachers at religious places.
Subsidy for travel to religious places.
From the point of view of a commoner, in every such situation, the head of the government and the head of the concerned Ministry are open violators of the principle of secularism. It is a daylight violation of the Constitution of India.

it was noted “Secularism is one of the basic features of the Constitution. While freedom of religion is guaranteed to all persons in India, from the point of view of the State, the religion, faith or belief of a person is immaterial. To the State, all are equal and are entitled to be treated equally. In matters of State, religion has no place. No political party can simultaneously be a religious party. Politics and religion cannot be mixed. Any State Government which pursues unsecular policies or unsecular course of action acts contrary to the constitutional mandate and renders itself amenable to action under Article 356.”
In the light of the above, Indian courts must take suo moto notice and action. They have been created to protect the Constitution of the country.
If they don’t, they are failing in their duty and encouraging daylight violation of the Constitution.
I am compelled to wonder, if courts fail in their duty, what action can be taken against such courts?
As a commoner, I believe the President of the India may disband such courts. If he can dissolve dysfunctional assemblies and disband failing governments, why can’t he disband courts failing in their duty?

India is bound to emerge as a geopolitical hub and the supply depot of the world and India needs to be ready to assert itself as soon as possible.
India was, is and will always be the supply hub of the world. India will always be at the center of geopolitical and geo-economics battles. We need to prepare at least 1000 leaders of the caliber of Modi/Amit Shah/Gadkari. People who can lead. India needs to understand that Indian education system, media and sections of judiciary have been infiltrated/compromised and attempts being made to eliminate the moles is raising heckles among the Islamic fascist, Christian supremacists and communist radicals, all of them want the complete the genocide the Indian/Hindus urgently.
Islamists are trying to deconstruct the Hindu Identity because it is a threat to their identity. The Islamists, Communists and Christians consider the Hindu identity a threat to their very existence. They are trying to assert and protect their identity while also attacking everything Hindu/Indian. We should not take this lightly. Overt attempts to build bridges will never make any difference to the hostile forces namely, Islamic, Christian, Communists. We need to trade with them while building our capacity and when India gets an opportunity it should immediately destroy the enemies. Unless we take the battles to the enemy camp we Hindus will not survive. The Islamists are the most overtly hostile units and are constantly waging a war against our identity, economy, traditions, men, women, institutions, culture, world view, festivals and everything else.
Anglo Indians continue to rule and control certain sections of judiciary, media, tv news, radio, bureaucracy and Indian natives need to increase the intensity and pace of attack on the Anglo Indians. I am happy to play a constructive role. I understand my limitations but I am more than happy to do what is needed to defeat the Anglo Indians. I have also studied in English medium schools and also worked in call centers and I understand the issues at stake for Indians. covert methods can be used more effectively to defeat the Anglo Indians who continue to adapt and seek external allies. at every moment in history some Indians used to call upon invaders from west Asia, central Asia, east Asia and as far as turkey or Europe to help defeat the local rulers and the elites or the khan market gang represents the modern versions of these elites. the situation is still more complex but to defeat these Anglo Indians or to maintain the temporary engagement with sections of Anglo Indians is what is needed. power that the Anglo Indians wield is not visible or we can say that most elite Anglo Indians wield power and large part of that power is hidden or not visible.
