Taye Kadu, Pastor of Pentecostal Church, and his two companion Shri Chatung Sopung and Shri Tali Langdo with other members of Church forced Miss Bima to put all the old religious symbols at fire and the team done it in the daylight.

They put the most sacred symbol I.e.the image of Donyi Polo in the fire along with the images of Lord Shiva and Bhagawan Buddhain the premises of Miss Bima’s house.

Many neighbors pleaded them not to do so, but the Church’s team was adamant

This is not the first case in Arunachal. Church usually manages to convince or emotionally blackmail someone to convert into Christianity.
Once converted, they call the other practicing religions as Religion of Satan.

An FIR has been filed against the Church team by Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society of Arunachal Pradesh, Nyishi Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society, All East Kameng Abotani Nyuibu Welfare Association, District Nyedar Namlo Committee, Nyishi Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society , East Kameng District Unit

Demanding in the letter the organizations sited the Freedom of Religion Act of Arunachal Pradesh 1978, Punishment under articles 295 A, 298 of IPC

Insulting others faiths so brutally, invited criticism from all corners of the state and other parts of the country.
