Is Kejriwal Batting For Disha To Save AAP’s Nikita Jacob’s Involvement With Khalistani Outfit To Create The Riot “Tool Kit” To Destabilise India?

Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi remained very silent, like a deaf and dumb when Rinku Sharma, a young 26 year old Hindu activist and resident of Mangolpuri in Delhi was lynched by a frenzied mob of Jihadi Muslims of his neighbourhood for chanting “Jai Shri Ram” and collecting money for the construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. Nearly four days have passed since his death, Kejriwal did not bother to meet the victim’s bereaved family nor has he condemned the incidence.

In fact when the brother of the deceased young man’s brother went to meet the Chief Minister at his residence, he was not even allowed to meet him and when few of his friends silently stood protesting against the ghastly murder near the Chief Minister’s residence, Rinku’s brother and his brothers were bundled up in a bus and packed off by the Chief Minister’s guards.

While, a few years back when Mohammad Akhlaq was killed in Uttar Pradesh’s Dadri by some Hindus who were outraged by Akhlaq’s act of slaughtering a cow’s calf and consuming its beef, Kejriwal went all the way to Dadri and offered the family a compensation of Rs. 1 crore.

But, in this incident neither Kejriwal, nor any of the other so-called secular party leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Mayawati, Akhilesh Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, Brinda Karat, etc. even bother to offer a condemnation for the gory incident of mob lynching of Rinku Sharma by mob of Muslims of his own area because of their jihadi bigotry.

Anyway, the whole pseudo-secular ecosystem started their outrage factory and declared democracy was in danger in India when the co-author cum editor of the infamous Riot- “Tool Kit”, shared by Greta Thunberg , 22 year old Disha Ravi was arrested from Bangalore.

Kejriwal with a penchant for supporting the “Bharat Tere Tukde Honge Insha Allah” gang of JNU in the past has again vociferously come in support of Disha Ravi, as he has many skeletons in his cupboard. His own party, AAP’s functionary, Nikita Jacob is involved with Khalistani outfit of Mo Dhaliwal to co-author and edit the Tool Kit with Disha Ravi and Shantanu.

On February 4 th the author of this article had written about a complaint filed by the Legal Rights Observatory to the Delhi Police regarding the involvement of Nikita Jacob, an Aam Aadmi Party functionary and an advocate at the Bombay High Court, in conspiring and planning to engineer an international global support for the ongoing Khalistani propped up farmers’ protest at Delhi borders.

The Delhi Police had also registered an FIR against the makers of “Tool Kit” a veritable guidebook for garnering global support to incite and cause disaffection against the state.

The Delhi Police stated that they got reply from the Google on some of their queries regarding the “Tool Kit” document inadvertently posted by Greta Thunberg.

Notably, on Saturday, 13.02.2021, the Delhi Police arrested Disha Ravi, a 22 yr old self-professed climate activist from Bangalore who along with Nikita Jacob of the Aam Aadmi Party and Shantanu were the main editors and co-authors of the Tool Kit document in conjunction with a UK based Khalistani Mo Dhaliwal.

The Delhi Police has also issued non-bailable warrants to Nikita Jacob and Shantanu as they are absconding and not coperating with the investigations.

The Joint Delhi Commissioner of Police of Cyber Cell, Prem Nath on 15.02.2021 revealed the details of the Tool Kit investigation so far, which is sourced from the ANI report and presented below.

Delhi Police stated that their investigations have revealed that Mo Dhaliwal a Khalistani and founder of Poetic Justice Foundation, a Khalistani outfit, contacted the Aam Aadmi Party’s Nikita Jacob through his colleague Puneet.

Delhi Police stated that the motive was to create a Twitter Storm ahead of Republic Day. So, there was a Zoom meeting before Republic Day that was attended by Mo Dhaliwal, Nikita, Disha and others on Tool Kit matter.

The Delhi Police said that four days ago the Special Cell went to Nikita Jacob’s house. Her electronic gadgets were examined. Delhi Police added that they would would visit her again to question her but she is not available.

The Dehli Police further stated that many screen shots of the Tool Kit were available on the open source and were investigated. The Joint Delhi Police Commissioner of Cyber Police, Mr. Prem Nath said that when their probe was able to collect enough information, a search warrant was obtained from the Court on 9th February against Nikita Jacob, one of the editors of the Tool Kit document.

A Police team reached Mumbai and conducted searches at Nikita Jacob’s residence on 11th February. The Delhi Police stated that Nikita and her associates Shantanu and Disha Ravi had created the document. The Jt CP Cyber Cell, Prem Nath further stated that the email account created by Shantanu and Disha had created this document and all the others are its editors.

Notably, Nikita has applied for transit bail in Bombay High Court after the Delhi Police issued a non-bailable warrant against her. So also, Shantanu has also moved a transit bail application in the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court through his lawyer Satej Jhadhav.

Hence, the Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal went on an over drive to criticise the Modi government and Delhi Police to arrest the subversive Riot-“Tool Kit” editor Disha Ravi, as he was well aware of his own party’s connections with the Khalistanis in the exercise!

Moreover, there have been several reports in the past that Kejriwal’s party and Kejriwal had deep connections with Canada based-Khalistani secessionist elements. Notably, during his last election campaign for Punjab Assembly elections, a huge hoarding was put up by his party in Punjab with Kejriwal’s photo and Bindranwale with Khalistani slogans.

So, no wonder the jihadi Amanatullah Khan and terrorist Tahir Hussain supporting Kejriwal did not condemn Rinku Sharm’s lynching in the national capital and jumps for the defense of Riot- Tool Kit editor Disha Ravi as he has Khalistani skeletons in his own cupboard like Nikita Jacob!
