In the midst of Jharkhand’s political upheaval, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey declared on Thursday that the state is on its way to becoming an Islamic nation.

Referring to the death of a 16-year-old girl in Dumka, the BJP leader stated that the state’s law and order situation has deteriorated under the current rule.
He claimed that the state government pays Rs 35 to 40 lakh per day for aircraft flights and that bills for fancy hotels for MLAs.
“Jharkhand is headed towards Islamization,” Dubey added, “and I will not be astonished if Santhal Pargana and Jharkhand want a separate country in 15-20 years.”

The BJP has demanded the removal of CM Hemant Soren as an MLA, alleging him of granting a mining licence to himself while serving as Mines Minister in 2021.

The Governor sent the BJP complaint to the ECI, which issued a notice to the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader in May.
