The present government at the centre under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is continuing with the legacy of minority appeasement perpetuated by the Nehru Dynasty rule since independence. India was partitioned on the basis of religion as the Muslims did not wish to live with the Hindus as a composite Indic cultural civilization and wanted a separate Islamic state based on Shariat and Quranic rules.

Although the Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh have faced systematic oppression and genocide with the result that Pakistan now has less than 1% minorities, inclusive of Hindus and Christians, and Bangladesh has less than 8% Hindus; the number of Muslims in India are increasing exponentially and currently about 25 crores in number.

Notably, in whichever part of India, the Muslim population is in majority, there is rise of jihadi fundamentalism and Wahabism which identifies Muslims as an international community of Ummah with the sole aim of Islamising the whole world of which Ghazwa-e-Hind is an essential component.

In this context we shall examine the various schemes of the Minority Affairs Ministry of the centre as to how it perpetuates further Islamisation of India by pandering to appeasement of Muslims under the garb of minority welfare.

The 2019-20 Annual Report of the Ministry of Minority Affairs made under the leadership of Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, has listed out its following pernicious achievements: –

  • MUSLIM DOMINATED AREAS TO HAVE MUSLIM POLICE, MUSLIM HEATH OFFICIALS AND MUSLIM TEACHERS

State and Union Territory governments are to employ by default Muslim police personnels, Muslim health officials and Muslim teachers in Muslim dominated areas.This in effect leads to a situation that where a minority living in Muslim dominated area has no employment opportunity, nor access to law enforcement agencies when they are oppressed by the majority Muslims there.

This prevalent policy in Muslim majority Kashmir has led to jihadi terrorism and genocide of Hindus with no recourse to justice and law enforcement. So is the case in the North-eastern states of India where Christians are in majority, the Hindu tribals are oppressed, impoverished and forced to flee.

If the same logic is employed in Hindu dominated areas only Hindus should be preferred for employment but the opposite is true. So, why are the Hindus discriminated against in areas where they are in minority?

  • INCREASE MINORITY REPRESENTATION IN LOCAL BODIES

The State Governments are to increase the representation of minorities in local bodies like Panchayats etc. This policy is akin to communal representation in legislative bodies which was rejected by our Constitution framers, as the British Government implemented this policy and had reserved seats for Muslims in Provincial legislature which led to eventual demands of even greater representation and finally ended up in a bloody partition of the country.

  • UNIVERSITIES TO RECOGNISE MADRASA EDUCATION

Students educated in Madrasas are now considered as equivalent to those who have passed their Higher Secondary Examinations and allowed to take admissions in Universities. This policy alone can lead to the downfall of the standards of higher education in India as Madrasas focus more on Quranic theology and Shariat rather than concentrating on secular education in Maths, Science, Social Studies etc. To aid this policy the government is now squandering tax payers’ money to modernise Madrasas, of which many are infested with rabid jihadi elements. How about providing government funds for instituting and developing modern Vedic Pathshalas?

  • SKILL DEVELOPMENT OF MUSLIMS

Niti Ayog enjoins the government to set up comprehensive programs for skill development of Muslims planned and implemented by an inter-ministerial group. This has already been implemented. This group is also supposed to focus on ‘cluster approach’ which smacks again of perpetuating ghettoization of Muslims.

  • CREDIT FACILITIES FOR MUSLIMS

Special credit facilities are provided for Muslims for promoting self-employment and enlarging their businesses. What about Hindu entrepreneurs with limited means, why do they have to face red-tapism for access to credit?

  • MORE BANK BRANCHES IN MUSLIM ARAS, FACILITATE LOAN APPROVALS AND DIRECT CREDIT TO MUSLIMS

More public sector banks have been opened in Muslim dominated areas, loan applications processed without delay for minorities and Muslims are offered Direct Credit. Pertinently, there is a narrative created every few years for adopting Islamic banking system in India as Shariat considers charging and crediting of “interest” by financial organisations as “Haram”. Hindus have very strongly resisted establishment of Islamic Banks.

By the way, PSU banks in Muslim dominated areas are routinely looted by jihadis to fund terror.

  • FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF WAQF PROPERTIES

Additional funds are earmarked for Waqf Boards for developing their properties. Notably, most of the Waqf Properties are huge mosques and mausoleum complexes made by the Islamic invaders by demolishing ancient temple complexes and Indic centres of learning. So, instead of restoring these ancient temple complexes of Hindus usurped by the Muslim invaders, Hindu tax payers’ money is used to reward these usurpers.  

  • PROVIDE CIVIC AMENITIES, INFRASTRUCTURE, JOBS IN URBAN AREAS WITH 25% MINORITIES

338 identified town and cities with minimum 25% minority population are  provided with adequate civic amenities, infrastructure and economic opportunities. This policy lays a pre-condition of having minority population in large number for the development of an urban area. Essentially, the government wants us to become Muslims or Christians if we want our cities or towns to be developed or have employment opportunity.

  • SCHOLARSHIPS AND COACHING ONLY FOR MINORITIES

Special funds in hundreds of crores are allocated every year for educational scholarships and coaching facilities for minorities, Muslims and Christians in particular, for getting into elite educational institutions like IITs, AIIMS, IIMs etc and government services like the UPSC etc. This is a highly discriminatory practice as it discriminates against children and youth with similar underprivileged background belonging to Hindu community.

Also, it has been noticed that minorities availing this facility when they get appointed in elite services like the IAS tend to pursue anti-Hindu and anti-national ideologies. For e.g., the much-celebrated Shah Faesal is now under a cloud for hobnobbing with secessionists and terrorists in Kashmir.

  • EXCLUSIVE NABARD AND SIDBI FUNDS FOR MINORITIES

NABARD and SIDMI allot separate funds for development of skills of artisans in minority dominated clusters. So, here again Hindu artisans in Hindu clusters cannot qualify for special funds for their development unless they convert to either Islam or Christianity in hordes.

  • DELIMITATION OF CONSTITUENCIES BASED ON SACHAR COMMITTEE REPORT

Finally, the delimitation of legislative constituencies has been undertaken  by the government according to the recommendations of Sachar Committee Report. We can quite understand the Congress, communists and other political parties who make no bones about Muslim appeasement to resort to this dubious technique for delimitation of constituencies, but is baffling why the centre led by BJP should follow this insidious plan of redrawing constituencies in a way that Muslims form a considerable amount of population in each constituency to aid the election of pro-Muslim parties like the Congress headed by the Nehru dynasty. This is one of the major reasons why BJP has not been able to win elections in Delhi Legislative Assembly since the last delimitation exercise undertaken by  the late ex-CM Shiela Dixit.

Thus, the detailed analysis of the various schemes and facilities provided by the Ministry of Minority Affairs shows that it is so discriminatorily loaded against the Hindus that it gives an impetus to conversion of Hindus to Islam and Christianity. It also promotes development of many more areas within India in to future exclusive Islamic jihadi zones like Kashmir and openly Christian states like Mizoram in the Northeast which oppresses a miniscule minority of Hindu tribals living there.

It is therefore humbly requested from Prime Minister Modi to shed the past appeasement baggage inherited from the Congress-led government and scrap these policies which are not only anti-Hindu but also has proved to have a deleterious effect on the security and integrity of our nation. If India has to truly become a world power and not implode from within such policies should be ditched and the Minority Affairs Ministry has to be discarded, only forces inimical to Indic civilization and Ram Rajya would advise otherwise.
