It is in the news that the supreme court judges while listening arguments of lawyers of Kejriwal and ED on granting interim bail to Kejriwal commented among other things that Why did ED took so much time to implicate and arrest Kejriwal?

Do those judges do not know that politicians in India are the masters of  corruption. Tons of unaccounted cash is found at the place of a (1) servant of a  (2) Private Secretary of a (3) Minister of a State government who operates at will and blessings of a (5) Chief Minister, who operates at the will and blessings of  (6) national leadership of a national political party.

In west Bengal, tons of unaccounted cash is found in the place of a (1) friend of a (2) Minister of a State government who operates at will and blessings of a (3) Chief Minister, who operates technically (in West Bengal) at the will and blessings of  (4) leadership of a political party.

Layering is a key feature of money laundering operations. How many layers are created by those masters of corruption politician  in India, we do hope Supreme court judges know it well. Therefore,  a question like Why did ED took so much time to implicate and arrest Kejriwal? is supremely laughable.

Kejriwal, who is not (aadtan aap-radhi) habitual criminal, as per Kejriwal’s highly paid,  politician, ‘rasukhdar’,  lawyer, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, didn’t formally head any Ministry in Delhi Government. Why? Do we need say more on this? He displayed the photos of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and Baba  Saheb Ambedkar in background to create an aura of sacrifice for the nation and concern for the poor. He will choose a ‘suitable’ shirt for public appearances and re-record his video messages ten times to suit his audience, as per social media. He will by design eat food from home to aggravate his diabetes. By the way, can we ever expect a aadtan aapradhi to be Chief Minister of a State in India? Indeed, by arguing that Kejriwal is not aadtan aapradhi, his lawyer has brought out the need for  checking it out by the Supreme court judges. After all, it is an argument by a lawyer and not a judgement.

The supreme court judges also wanted ED to tell what conditions they would like to put to give Kejriwal an interim bail? The supreme court judges thus sounded very eager to give him interim bail. That is smart to find a way around somehow. Did other politicians abide by all the conditions that  were put in place for their bail? Lalu, Sanjay Singh and others.

The judges should not ignore what ED has so rightly pointed out: It will give a wrong message and it will have adverse implications for our legal system. You can’t say Lok Sabha elections  are more important than Vidhan Sabha elections or even Panchayat elections.
