Before the MLAs of the ruling party of Jharkhand reached the May-fair resort, expensive liquor and beer were being transported there by the vehicle of the Chhattisgarh government. As soon as the media persons stationed outside the resort started taking pictures, the pictures went viral on social media. After pictures surfaced in the local media of Raipur, former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi tweeted that – ‘Liquor was transported for Jharkhandi guests in a government vehicle. By the way, to remind you, in Jharkhand too, the entire network of transactions of alcohol, drinking and drinking and money generated from it is from Chhattisgarh itself.’
