“Vinash Kale Viparita Buddhi” translates as “the intellect is destroyed at the hour of devastation.” This is a well-known Sanskrit proverb. This adage is currently being applied to Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar. Nitish Kumar, the chief minister, has been working hard lately to win over the particular group. He has made numerous judgments like these to specifically benefit one community.

Recently, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has once more been charged with mocking Hinduism. During his visit to the Gaya district of Bihar, Nitish Kumar reportedly went to the Vishnu Pad Devi shrine to pray. Outside this temple, it was written in very plain text that “the entrance of non-Hindus is prohibited.”

Despite this warning, Nitish entered the temple alongside Mohammad Israel Mansoori, the minister of information and technology for Bihar. The Hindus connected to the temple and the Panda community is furious after this incident. As per the report, the sanctum sanctorum was cleaned with Ganga Jal before being offered to Lord Vishnu. The chairman of the managing committee, Shambhu Lal Bitthal, also apologized to the Lord. Minister Mohammad Israel Mansoori expressed his happiness in a press after visiting the temple at the same time, saying, “It is my pleasure, fortunate that I also got an opportunity to visit the sanctum sanctorum of Vishnu Pad temple with CM Nitish Kumar.” The Hindus were outraged upon hearing this at same time.

As per the Bhaskar’s report, the head of the temple committee claimed that permitting a Muslim entry had violated the temple’s longstanding customs. They were completely unaware that the CM has a Muslim minister on staff. He is pleading for pardon from society as well as from God for making such a serious error. According to him, this occurrence has harmed sentiments of Hindus.

Let us inform you that Chief Secretary Amir Suhani accompanied CM Nitish, however, Suhani chose to remain outside the shrine because he was informed that non-Hindus were not permitted inside. In truth, Nitish Kumar has faced accusations of manipulating Hindus’ beliefs ever since the JDU-BJP alliance ruled in Bihar. Earlier Nitish Kumar had put a tax on hindus’ acts of worship in Gaya. A few days later, they were instructed to collect tax, which infuriated the Hindu community because here followers of the Hindu religion go to worship for peace of their forefathers. Nitish Kumar must now answer the question of why, as a Hindu, he allowed a Muslim inside the temple even though it is expressly stated in capital letters that “the entry of non-Hindus in the temple is prohibited.”

Since Nitish Kumar has always shown support for members of a particular community, his attitude toward Hindus and the Hindu faith is clear.
